It's been a while since I had my first Suiroku Miyamanishiki sake. The aroma is not that great, but when you put it in your mouth you think it's sweet and refreshing. I opened it when I was drunk 😅. Freshly brewed with Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be good. The color is milky white. The smell is mild, with a hint of flowers. The taste is fruity, but not too sweet. It has a nice umami taste with a slight sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste. You can feel the alcohol quite a bit, it's 17 degrees, so it's thick. It is easy to drink on the rocks with ice. I think it tastes better if you drink it this way. It has a refreshing, dry, gassy flavor that pairs well with 🍖 meat dishes and Chinese and other oily dishes 😋~.

I decided to go with Chiyoda Kura because I thought I could buy Yukihikoyama at a liquor store in my neighborhood. The taste is moderately sweet and tasty with a summery, crisp, spicy flavor. The impression is that it is quite sharp and clean.

Senzuke Orikarami One of my favorite sake 😊. The balance of fresh, elegant sweetness and sharpness is perfect 😊. Today I went to Takatori Shrine. There are a lot of local cats living on the approach to the shrine. Many of them are very cautious, but sometimes some of them are very friendly 🥰Cute 😍.

Purchased at a local liquor store in the neighborhood as an example. It is as beautiful as a Daiginjo, probably because it is made from Shin Ginmai (flat polished rice). It is slightly effervescent, refreshing and dry. It may be too refreshing for Senzuke, but it has a rich taste. Not too sweet for Senzuke.

Omachi rice + Hakuto yeast used Junmai sake produced by the TAKEO 20 Project, a collaboration of agriculture, commerce, industry, and university students, using specially cultivated Omachi rice from Tatebe-cho, Kita-ku, Okayama City. The label looks modern! This one is definitely fruity 😆. Fruity sweet and sour Light and easy to drink Hiruzen style yakisoba noodles and umaumaumauma 🐎. I bought a lot of kamaboko at Sakaiminato because they are easy to carry and store 🐟. The crab has a very interesting shape and I can't stop smiling just looking at it 🦀 🦀 🦀 🦀. I found out about it thanks to the Kenmin Show program 😁.
