Return Series. With the concept of "to the world", alcohol 12℃. It's something I've been curious about because of my perception that it's an emerging force in Niigata. It's a white wine taste. Almost a white wine. The sourness of the wine was so strong that I gave up on it.

A 50% polished Junmai Daiginjo, Meguro Gorosuke, from Tama Flavor in Uonuma City (formerly Morimon Village), Niigata Prefecture. As is typical of Uonuma sake, it is a ginjo-shu that is not overly aromatic. I remember drinking it once at Tatsuya, a yakiton (grilled pork dumpling) restaurant in Numabukuro on the Seibu Shinjuku Line.

I bought it in Kumamoto during my Shikoku - Kyushu - Kinki trip last year. It was a brand I wanted to try at least once, and I was so happy that I let it sit for more than a year. @sakebar Fukuzo This sake is from the same Kobayashi Shuzo Honten as the "Hakata no Mori" I posted a while ago. Mandai must be more famous locally 🤔. It will be pressed on the morning of Risshun 🍶. The aroma on the nose is fruity🍍 and sweet. When you take it into your mouth, it has a deep, mild sweetness and umami that is typical for a draft sake, and it finishes with a slight astringent taste. It was delicious 🍶✨.
