A bit peculiar but not bitter 🤔. This is a food wine 🍶´- with assorted sashimi 😋😋. Untan ✺✺ and (,,-д-,) nma! There were so many good sakes, but I'm interested in the ones I've never had 😅. This is the first time I've drunk this since they changed the label design. Mild but fruity. It has a calm feeling. It has a melon-like atmosphere. Deep and juicy.

This is the first time for me to drink Jukishin except for Yumachi. I was wondering what Nemuchi-san was drinking. It's almost the same as Nemuchi's review, but it's a bittersweet, melon-like, and bitter. It's not as sweet as I thought it would be, but it's delicious in its own way 😋.

Drinking with my wife on our wedding anniversary last week, when we visited Tsushima Tsuru at the Metropolitan Morioka New Wing (laughs). Next up was a Hiyoroshi (Hiyori) Junmai Harazake by Drunken Sen. It's a refreshingly dry sake. The description says to enjoy the mellow flavor, but that's just my personal opinion... (^_^;) Good with sashimi! It was delicious! (^○^)

I tried three types of draft sake at a tasting and sale of Drunken Sen in Hankyu. I couldn't find a picture of the first one I drank, the Honjozo Nama, even though I searched for it. I couldn't find a picture of the first one I drank, but I guess it was because it wasn't winter time and there was no snow. I was told that this was a matured nama sake. It was delicious, with a beautiful, round taste. I had a hard time deciding which one to buy, but the last one I tasted was a fruity special junmai, so I went for that one.

Tasted and purchased at Umeda Hankyu. Sake from the Drunken Sake Brewery. It seems to be a terroir-like sake. It is delicious with a little bit of gasiness and both fruity and rice flavor. Once the gas disappears, the fruity taste disappears and the umami flavor takes center stage. I don't feel much spiciness. I wasn't sure whether to register it as Tagata, but the cap was Drunken Sen, so I registered it as Drunken Sen.

The strength of aged sake and smooth mouthfeel. The more you drink it, the sweeter it gets as the days go by. Junmai Daiginjo made from 30% polished Yamada Nishiki. It is a blend of 30% polished Yamadanishiki and more than 5 years old Nakadori. It is indeed the best of Gikyo.

At Izakaya It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and is fruity. It has a nice lingering finish with just the right amount of umami and acidity. Rice: Hitomebore produced in Gunma Prefecture

Rice used is Yamae Nishiki It is supposed to be a sake that goes well with mushrooms, but in the end I did not pair it with mushrooms. However, it has a gentle sweetness, and it was just plain delicious. It also had a mushroom-like flavor, though it was only vaguely. Bitter and astringent tastes are close to that. It's a sweet sake, juicy, but clear and elegant on the palate. It was well balanced and certainly seemed to go well with mushroom dishes.
