I finally found Miyoshigiku 🍶, a sake that goes well with the specialty of Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture. The rice polishing ratio is 60%...so it's like a junmai sake...it's a food sake that goes well with meat dishes! I think it's possible!

The third pink label sake following Takachiyo and Yamamoto Uki Uki is Shinomine Rokumaru (≧∇≦❣️) Since the light nigori version was followed by a clear one, I chose the clear one this time (it has almost the same specs and price as the light nigori version...) This is the first time for me to drink Shinomine made with Akaban Omachi, but it has a slight schwarziness that moderately stimulates the tongue, and the clean sweetness and umami that is typical of Shinomine spreads 🤤.
