Today we had our first big seven along with the bluefin squid we caught😋.
The aroma is subdued, probably because it was served chilled🤔In the mouth, it is round and full of flavor, but light 😊The mild sweetness and acidity are well balanced and you can drink more and more 😚👍It goes well with the squid 🦑 we caught 😍It has a strong flavor but not too prominent 😍It is a food wine 😍.
It's a delicious sake 🥳.
