I finally found Miyoshigiku 🍶, a sake that goes well with the specialty of Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture. The rice is Omachi, my favorite sake rice 😍a sake that goes well with venison, but...I can't get venison! The aroma is sweet and fruity like cider...and the mouthfeel, despite the aroma, is robust! The rice polishing ratio is 60%...so it's like a junmai sake...it's a food sake that goes well with meat dishes! I think it's possible!

I bought it in a trial size because I had an image that it looked peculiar. It has a unique flavor that I've never experienced before😳 It's so good! I loved it the first time I opened the bottle😋. It is a good food sake, but the price is too high. It is too good to drink with chilled tofu. I like it. When I ate it with food, the spiciness I felt when drinking it alone was converted into umami, and the subtle sweetness and umami made me want to eat more. When I ate it with fish, I enjoyed the umami and savory taste. It is delicious. The smell gets stronger as the temperature rises. The second day. Juicy. Grape-like.

Our first fall sake is Nara Sake❣️ We will not be having hiyaoroshi sake, but rather a draft sake from over the summer 🙏. It has a matured flavor and fruity taste with a good acidity. This Shinomine is also delicious 😆 and reasonably priced too👍! I hope you all enjoy it too.

The third pink label sake following Takachiyo and Yamamoto Uki Uki is Shinomine Rokumaru (≧∇≦❣️) Since the light nigori version was followed by a clear one, I chose the clear one this time (it has almost the same specs and price as the light nigori version...) This is the first time for me to drink Shinomine made with Akaban Omachi, but it has a slight schwarziness that moderately stimulates the tongue, and the clean sweetness and umami that is typical of Shinomine spreads 🤤. The acidity is pleasant and easy to drink❗️I can't get enough of it🤪. I enjoyed it as a food sake👍
