I have an image that Hideshiyoshi tastes better a few days after opening the bottle, and this one is no exception!
It tasted hard and so-so right after opening the bottle, but after 3-4 days, the impression changed completely.
From the flat taste of the past, a clear acidity has opened up along with a savoriness that comes in a jolt, and the dry base has been covered by the savoriness and acidity. The flavor is now fuller and more vibrant, and it's ah~ delicious!
