Looks like a new brewery: 🙇‍♂️ It's called sake, but it seems to be junmai (no mention of rice polishing ratio) 🌾. It rises with herbs, cream, and lychee ❔ pear ❔. The acidity is distinctive ❕, but it's not just light and fresh. But it's not just light, it's a solid, elegant, high quality sake ✨. I felt a very modern essence in a classic 🤔. And with this flavor, it is recommended to be warmed up to lukewarm ❔. I tried it 🍶. Lukewarm changes the atmosphere of the acidity, it's sweet and sour like hot honey lemon 🍋. It's refreshing to begin with, but even more so: ☺️ It's also a great food sake 👍. I recommend drinking it cold to lukewarm, but after trying many different ways, I thought cold or lukewarm would be better 🤗.
