I received this sake along with Kansai nama-zume sake from Jive at a recent off-line meeting. 3㌥ 😁. It has a smooth and smooth mouthfeel with a sweet and gentle taste 😋. Sweet and gentle taste 😋Classical but very tasty! Is it a "hokkori" type? It's more like a deep nostalgic taste. The base may be the same, but the impression is quite different from that of the raw sake. Thanks for the treat 🙏. I'm starting to wonder about the Junmai specs of this brewery 🤔.

Good evening, bouken-san. So you're in Fukui and you're in Kansai? 🤔

Good evening, bouken🌛. I put this as an indicator because it is so major in my hometown that "Kansai" means a bottle of this 😁I recommend it especially when heated 🍶. We have other specs if you want ✨.

Good evening, Mr. Matsuchiyo. It seems it was named after the famous breweries in Kansai (Nada and Fushimi) 🤔. As a side note, there was zero sense of perversity 🙄.

Mr. Gyve, good evening 🌃 I'm sorry you got more than the difference 🙏. Thank you very much 🙇. Fukui sake is still a problem for me because there are still some breweries that I haven't tasted 🤔.

I asked Mr. Jaive to barter with me off-line because the name "Kansai" is funny even though it is in Fukui 😁. I forgot it at the after-party and went to get it the next day💦. It's fresh and sweet, but it's 20 degrees, so it's a powerful sake with a lot of gusto. I think it's better to drink it on the rocks because it has a very strong alcoholic taste. It doesn't get watery with ice, and on the rocks it's just right. I like the simple label.

Hello bouken! Thank you for tasting "Kansai" 😁. The origin of "Kansai" is also related to "Fushimi" and "Nada", so we are glad that you are interested in such a sake ✨.

bouken, good evening 🌙😃❗I'm glad you found the place you forgot 😅I'm glad you found it 👍You can also enjoy the change in taste right after you put ice in it and when it starts to fade ❗Sounds delicious 😋💕.

Hi Gyve ☀. I looked up the origin 😃. I can feel the thought that went into the brand name, or rather the great expectations at the time of naming it 🤗.

Hello pyonpyon! I'm so glad you found us 💦. I have to be careful 😅 since this is the second time I've done this. It was like an ice breaker without the sweetness when you put ice 🧊 in it 😋.

The other day, my dad and I went to my parents' house for a long time. We started with beer 🍺, then I brought the rest of the "True White" that I had opened the other day, and my dad brought out some sake that had been laying around for a while, so we had a drink here 🍶. Kansai Junmai Sake. I often drink "Kansai Kaisen" hot, but this is my first time to drink Junmai Sake 🤔. Clean and beautiful rice aroma, rounded flavor and refreshingly pleasant aftertaste, probably due to the cellaring. The taste is different from Katayama's other brand "Gassa Junmai Ginjo", but it's hard to tell how much of it is due to the aging process 💦. However, I have a feeling it would make a beautiful hot sake when heated. By the way, when I gave "True White" to my father, he said it was too sweet, but when my mother drank it, she said it was delicious 😁. The fourth picture is from a trip to Atsuta Jingu Shrine in Nagoya, where I lived for two years after graduating from high school, to purify my car and eat Hitsumabushi. [It was my first time to eat at "Unagi Owada" because "Atsuta Horaiken" was closed, but the sauce was much lighter than this one.

Hi Gyve 😊 I like the idea of having a sakishibu with your father. I wonder if our parents' generation is still the dry type of Japanese sake? By the way, Gyve, you are very dynamic to drive to Atsuta Jingu Shrine 😳.

Hi, Jive. I hope you had a good time with your father 🎵. I'm sure it will go well with your meal ✨I'm sure your father likes dry sake 😊. Atsuta Houraiken was my first hitsu-mabushi and I miss it.

Hi Jive 🐦. I like the name of this sake! Kansai in Fukui 😆👍It's going to be a little cooler and you can taste more of the sake you laid down: ❣️ Your father must have been pleased 😊. I learned the name because I'm a big fan of Hitsumabushi 😁.

Hi Maru-san! My father loves Ishikawa's "Yamahai dry sake" so he doesn't like the newer modern sake 💦. When we switch cars, it's customary to have him purify the car on the way to Atsuta Shrine to get used to driving on highways and urban roads 😁.

Hi, ma-ki-chan! My father often invites me to dinner, but the timing is never right, so this was a good opportunity for me ✨ I also had my first Hitsumabushi at Atsuta Houraiken, but it was closed, so I'm new to the area.

Hello Pon-chan ☀☀☀☀. The name of the restaurant is influenced by Fushimi and Nada, so it has deep connections with the Kansai region 😁. There is another restaurant called Benten near Atsuta Jingu Shrine 😁. [It's a little more budget-friendly than Atsuta Houraiken.

Good morning, Jay & Nobby ☀☀☀. My dad has always been a "dry" drinker, so I hear alcohol goes well with him 😁. However, my dad is a heavy drinker and alcohol all-rounder, so it's probably a very definite chanpon if you drink with him 💦.

We had two Fukui sake that Jive gave us the other day 🍶. The first one is Kansai Kasen. Who said, "If you want to know the brewery, drink the regular sake." I was so glad to hear that. This is the perfect sake for me, as it is the first time I have had "Kansai" in Kansai. ☺️ The appearance is silver crystal. The aroma is mild, sweet and refreshing. After the flat rice sweetness with a graininess comes on strong and smooth, the acidity spreads and comes on quickly, leaving a stimulating alcohol taste at the back of the throat and finishing with a sharp finish. The lingering aroma is short, with grain and malted rice flavors. When heated, the aroma of cooked rice is gently fragrant, with a hint of acidity. The mouthfeel is more smooth, and the taste is distinctly sweet, with a koji-like flavor that is quite intoxicating. Next up was the Wakaka Bambi cup 🦌. Slightly pale yellow-green in color, the aroma is typical of sake with a koji-like sourness and sweetness. The smooth, subtle sweetness and refreshing acidity spread with a sense of grain and slight bitterness. There is a lingering alcohol taste and a strong sense of having drunk sake. When lightly warmed in the microwave and served lukewarm, the acidity comes to the fore and a sharp stimulation can be felt from the back of the throat, giving a stronger sense that one has drunk sake! Thank you, Gyve 🍶😊.

Hi Aladdin 😃 I see 🧐I see that it is a Toyama sake called Kanzai 😄By the way, Wakaka and Akirika 🦌 are sometimes sold together, is this a relative sake 🍶 or something else?

Hi Jay & Nobby 😃 It was named Kansai in the Meiji era, meaning "Echizen's famous brewery" in honor of the famous breweries in Kansai, Nada and Fushimi 🤔. I only know Wakaka and Aki-shika from the Bambi Cup connection, but I'm curious about Harushika too 😅.

Good evening Aladdin 🌛. Thank you for your review 🙇. I never really understood the meaning of "Kansai" until I started enjoying sake myself💦. Drinking heated sake at the end of the year makes me feel like I'm closing out the year!

Good evening, Aladdin 😃. I'm from Kansai and the name alone makes me want to try this sake 😁. There was a sake from Katayama Sake Brewery at the antenna store in KITE, but they didn't have it in Kansai 😥.

Thanks for the food, Jive 😃. Thank you so much 🍶. It's so interesting that one of Fukui's most famous brands is "Kansai", yet I don't think "Kansai" is well known in Kansai 🤔. After all, local sake is drunk too: ☺️

Hello bouken 😃 The antenna store on the 2nd floor of KITTE in Osaka has some interesting sake 😄. The Hokuriku store is my first choice, but I'm afraid I'll lose my love for Niigata as it was quite well stocked too 😌.

Opening on March 15, 2024 Kyomachi-Manya Gentle, umami, and refreshing ^ ^. Although it is a freshly stored sake, it tastes like Japanese fruits like strawberries, persimmons, and pears 🍓🍐. Overall sweet, but goes well as a food sake ^ ^. ◎Pair with crab vinegared rice or boiled rice with gentle flavors

Drinking out after a long time, a dinner party with the whole family It was a chilly autumn night, so we had some local sake hot. The soft taste on the palate and the heat from the warmed sake filled our bodies! This Kansai hot sake, which is easy to drink and has no quirks, has become my standard for comparing hot sake. ( ⑉¯ ⑉ )🍶🍶🍶🍶+ Today I received a gift of sake called Kansai 😀 This is a brand I have never heard of before 😊It seems to be a popular sake often drunk in Fukui. When I drank it, I found it to be a strong style of traditional sake 😚 with a good balance of flavor, sweetness, and bitterness, and it was thick 🥰It was like an all-purpose sake 🤤.

This sake is from Echizen City, Fukui Prefecture. Purchased at Mitsuwa in Ono when returning home. I am in Kansai, but it is Hokuriku sake. I am drinking this Hokuriku sake in Kansai (Hyogo Prefecture) right now (so what). It has a broad sweetness that flows gently into the mouth. The spiciness comes afterwards. It has a nostalgic taste, like the sake you drink at a Shinto shrine on New Year's Day. It is like a local sake. How about if you warm it up? The spiciness becomes stronger. The spiciness is a little hard and flows through at a very fast pace. It seems to wash away the aftertaste of the snacks and reset the taste.
