I decided to go to ❣️ because I had never had it before and because of the words "fruity". Exactly! Aomori means scallops 🥰. This is the first time I actually ate them there 🎶. It tastes gentler than the ones I make myself ☺️ I'll use it as a reference for the next time I make it.

I bought it at Sumiyoshi Sake Brewery in Hakata Station as a souvenir from my business trip to Kyushu. They were having a corner bar, but I didn't have time before my flight, so I gave up. I came back with a bottle of Yuni ton by Shichiyou Sake Brewery, which I had been curious about. It is a low alcohol (13 degrees), slightly effervescent, with a grapefruit-like acidity and a clean aftertaste, so you can drink it as much as you want 😋. Delicious! I recommend it to all sake drinkers.

I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it with vegetables Rice used, Miyamanishiki Yeast, Kyokai 701 Alcohol 13%. Personal preference among 4 types 4️⃣ I received a bottle of sake that has been stored at room temperature for a wacky long time... I tried to drink it but it was old sake ( ´-̥̥̥̥̥ω̥̥̥̥̥̥`) I got about 7 kinds of sake including Tasake and Jyushiyo... What a waste 😭😭😭 The sauce made with Tasake was delicious though 🥲.

Sake from the Takeshita Brewery, birthplace of former Prime Minister Takeshita. Gorgeous aroma, The fruity flavor is just as the label says. The sweetness is reminiscent of pineapple, The sweetness reminds one of pineapple, and gradually the bitterness appears and disappears. It is easy to drink and goes down smoothly, I thought it was a sake to be enjoyed on its own rather than paired with something else. We are invited to the head office to have a good drink after a not-so-fun work day. The head office is far away and uncomfortable, so we are bersassa. The specs are the same. We compared the different yeasts. I didn't know yeast could make such a difference. It is easier to tell the difference than the rice. There are different tastes. Tasted here also at Hankyu Department Store. Junmai Ginjo-shu made with Kuzuryu. It is a refreshingly dry sake, but has a sweet and fruity taste. This time I bought a bottle of unfiltered raw sake made with Jinryoku.

Tasted at Umeda Hankyu Department Store. The rice was said to be Gohyakumangoku. The quality of the sake is clean and refreshing for hiyaoroshi. It is easy to drink without a sense of maturity. It looks like all of them use locally grown rice, as did the two types of Kitanosho I posted the other day. It seems that only Ryu-ryoku and Koko use Jinryoku all the time. I'm sure there are other places like Okura that use it for single use. When I tasted it, my impression was that it was quite sweet and the second half was heavy, but it was smoky and the flavor of the rice came through with a bang. It has a strong bitterness at the end. It is not the type of sake I would drink on its own, so I will have to wait and see. I don't think it should be chilled too much. If you like Shimane or Tottori area sake, this would be good for you. I think it has a quality of sake that would not be affected by letting it sit for a while. There are glimpses of sweetness and a fruity atmosphere, but I wonder if it's basically more of a classic.
