Purchased at Ponshukan. It has a cute design that does not look like a cup of sake. The sake is brewed with four varieties of rice produced by four farmers in the Nishigama district, located in the far west of Niigata Prefecture. So that's what the grains of rice on the label mean. That makes sense. The sake was served cold in the cold sake corner at the store, so I chilled it well at home. It has a well-balanced taste, not too sweet or dry. It is easy to drink and delicious. Niigata's cup sake has a huge variety and high quality.

FUJIYAMA Today, "THAT'S LIFE" from Setoichi in Kanagawa Prefecture❗️ is a one-rank higher sake from Setoichi that I introduced last time❗️ which is made with Aizan. Participated in a brewery event hosted by a liquor store. Tasted at the second round of the Sekiya Shuzo booth, which is famous for Houraisen. Houraisen Junmai Daiginjo Sora We were served a Junmai Daiginjo Sora, which is hard to find in Aichi Prefecture. It had a luxurious taste with both sweetness and umami of rice.
