I found this at a local supermarket and bought it. I was curious about it, so I decided to drink it. The aroma is apple-like! It is easy to drink, as expected for a 5% alcohol content, and has almost no liquor-like taste! Tastes very sweet and sour. I drank it chilled, but I thought it would be easier to drink it closer to room temperature if you don't like it because of the sourness that hits the palate. It looks like all of them use locally grown rice, as did the two types of Kitanosho I posted the other day. It seems that only Ryu-ryoku and Koko use Jinryoku all the time.
