Hatsuyukisou. Other brewed sake with grape juice. It is white wine-like, but the aftertaste is sake. It does not have the tongue-tingling feeling of white wine. Apple and pork fritters.

Today we brew "Hatsuyukisou
It is "Yamayuki" from Mine-no-setsu Shuzo Brewery.
It is labeled as low-alcohol and easy to drink.
It is light and easy to drink.
It is not so sweet.
What is it? It doesn't feel light either. ⁉️
But it goes in smoothly.
Mine-no-setsu Sake Brewery brews nice sake.
Mine-no-Snow Brewery brews a nice sake.

Chiba Prefecture! There are many good sake! (I am not from Chiba Prefecture)
Now, Inahana Sake Brewery. It is a small sake brewery in Joso Ichinomiya, but they do not sell their sake to outside customers! It may look like you are not allowed to enter the premises of the brewery, but you can enter without any problem.
The sake we tried this time. At the moment of drinking, you may feel that the sake is a bit thin. But after a little while, the sake's delicious flavor and sweetness come to the surface! Interesting! It seems that this sake is not widely available, but if you have a chance to try it, please do so!
There was also another sake that was twice as tasty if you shook the bottle after drinking it normally! I'll have to buy some next time,

At terrA, Jimbocho
18 degrees, a little sour, firm
Following the same brand of nama-shu, we had a bottle of the fire-aged version.
The acidity is mellower and gentler than that of the nama-shu.
A little astringency? A little astringent taste is also felt.
Sourness, sweetness, astringency, and many other tastes dance in my mouth!
Delicious 😋.

Refreshing, refreshing acidity and sweetness
Tangy and slightly effervescent on the palate
It has a very light nigori-style taste.
Easy to drink at 8% alcohol by volume
Be careful not to drink too much 😊.

A delicious white wine-like taste.
Aroma of fermented yogurt feeling
When you drink it, it has a pleasant sweet but not unctuous sweetness
This sake was served from the back of a liquor store.
It was only available in Furusato and Saitama Prefecture.

Crisp and refreshing. Melon-like sweetness and greenness. The rice flavor and acidity are also good. The balance is gentle and does not interfere with meals.
Sake rice: 100% Saitama Prefecture sake Musashi
Rice polishing ratio→60
Alcohol content: 16%.

It smells and tastes a little like yogurt.
Sweet, but not too sweet and crisp.
Delicious!
🌾Domestic rice 🅰️20 degrees
Purchased at a direct sales shop in the Kurayoshi Shirakabe storehouse complex. It has a flavor that is not in vogue, which is common among Tottori's sake. A dignified sake that goes well with fish.
⭐️⭐️⭐️

We ventured to buy the most reasonably priced josen from a sake brewery in Kurayoshi.
We tried it hot, lukewarm, room temperature, and cold, and personally prefer it at room temperature.
No matter what temperature I drank it at, it was surprisingly mild, not guttural.
It is indeed a "food sake" for people who drink it every day.

This is also an anmal!
The top aroma is grape. The flavor is also grape-like, more like the juice that comes out when you put a piece of grape juice in your mouth. However, the acidity is low. The taste also disappears quickly.
Grapefruit and lychee sensation
Delicious
Recommended for beer lovers

It has a fresh aroma of hyuganatsu, and the bitterness of the peel as well as the fruit comes later and builds the profile. When poured into a glass, it gives the impression of being a slightly lean liquid. In the mouth, the three-dimensional taste of hyuganatsu spreads out, supported by the rice. It is amazing that it is a sake. Delicious.
Ozaki Shuzo
Ando Suigun Special Junmai Sake
This brewery is located in Ajigasawa-cho, Aomori Prefecture.
Slight aroma, light and refreshing

At a bar in Shinbashi.
I have wanted to drink this brand for a long time because of its unique name.
I sometimes see a bottle of it, but I can't afford it.
The aroma is subdued but clear and distinctive.
It has a slightly peculiar aromatic dryness.
It has a strong impact.
I liked it the best out of the three because it had the sharpest and most distinct flavor!

A series of business trips before GW
During GW, a family member had an accident and returned to Fukuoka in a hurry.
And then another business trip.
Busy days for me💦.
I'm sorry for the delay in following up with everyone.
I apologize for the delay in following up with you all, but when I skip a post, it piles up quickly.
I'm in a hurry to get it all together and post it because my memory is starting to fade.
I'm going to enjoy Shizuoka Night to the fullest!
The second restaurant was Tado, a famous izakaya in Shizuoka that Kazuhiko Ota and Rui Yoshida visited!
We ordered the following
Haginiki Special Honjozo Minami-Alps (1 gou) for 605 yen!
Another Haginiki order!
It seems to be a popular popular sake in Shizuoka!
This one has a stronger sweet flavor than the original sake from the warehouse!
This one tastes more like Asoe!
Boiled bamboo shoots - 660 yen!
Sea jar - 990 yen!
Oden beef tendon 2*2 yen
Black hanpen 121 yen
It would be an exaggeration to say that all the dishes are exquisite, but they are really delicious. ❗️
This is indeed a famous izakaya with close ties to the local community!
The work is done with great care and attention to detail.
Especially the simmered bamboo shoots are the best!
You can fully enjoy spring just by this 🌸

I parted ways with Mr. S, who was flying back to Shizuoka Station, and checked into a hotel in front of the station!
I was tired after 3 consecutive days of business trip, and since tomorrow is my day off, I decided to stay over at my own expense!
After a short adjustment of time, we headed to Omura Bar!
This is the same bar where Mr. Rui Yoshida went to...
We ordered the following
Bonito sashimi for 900 yen!
Fresh and delicious!
Fried black hanpen 520 yen
First time to try❗️Hanpen itself is delicious, so there is no need to season it!
Crispy and chewy🙆
And the sake to go with it!
Haginishiki Kuradashi Harazake (Honjozo) 570 yen (1 gou)
Even though it is alky sake, it has a refreshing and light rum-like taste!
It somehow resembles Gakki!
This is a happy encounter!
In conjunction with La Jomon's 7th anniversary celebration
I decided to open another bottle: ❣️
Tonight.
Junmai sake La Jomon Epoché 🍶.
Now it's time to open the bottle✨🥂✨
Aroma of rice
Unique acidity of white malted rice
It is light on the palate with a delicious acidity.
After swallowing, you will feel a little bit of alcohol.
Bitter and astringent taste like the aftertaste of wine
Dinner
chicken thigh and eggplant with grated radish
and pork cutlet
and pork cutlet, so it washed away the fatty taste
and the drink went down a treat 😊.
Oh! It's not only for greasy food.
It also went well with pickled cucumber 🥒😉👍
Compared to the second day's Takumon koji triple brewed sake
Which one do you prefer?
I think I prefer the koji sanbai masozo sake 🤔.
Both were delicious though 🤗

Sour aroma
Sourness in the mouth....
You can feel the sweetness, but soon the sourness comes rushing in!
The sweetness is felt in the mouth, but the sourness soon comes rushing in!
Hmmm?
The moment when the sourness comes from this rich sweetness.
I wonder what it is 🤔.
I drank Yamazaki's plum wine the day before.
I felt something similar 🤭.
The sourness stands up.
Sweet and sour and refreshing ❣️
It's sour but tasty ♡♡♡.
It's a great drink 😋.

Visited La Jomon without previous information.
I met the owner at the entrance.
Without hesitation, I bought a bottle of Six Nama Sake as recommended by the owner.
The sourness of the wine was gone with a hint of apples.
I will probably go back to buy more.
It has a rich, umami taste, a fruity aroma, and a sharp taste that becomes tasteless as it passes down the throat. You will want to taste it again. An endless loop.
