The third brewery on the Takayama Sake Brewery Tour. Harada Sake Brewery. After tasting two kinds of sake, we found the jar in the photo. It is a sake that is completely limited to the brewery? I knew I had to try it, so I ordered a glass. I could certainly smell the aroma. It was my favorite sake out of all the ones we drank during our sake brewery tour. My partner ordered a Daiginjo soft ice cream, but it didn't seem to have much sake flavor.

Sekizen ‼️, a brand I've been wanting to try. I was curious about the standard label, but The unusual lager shirt label 🏉. The aroma is banana🍌-like for this sake too ❗️ I like the aroma 😊 It's sweet, but a little stronger on the alcohol side. I think it tastes crisp 🤔. I was so impressed with the obvious taste of STAR GAIZER last year that I got carried away and bought two bottles this year! The clarity is amazing! So clear that you can feel the stars and the starry void in the night sky. There is a unique richness from it and the first day it was ...... honestly not very tasty! LOL! But from the second day, STAR GAIZER is in its element and very tasty! The sweetness is moderate, but there is a sourness and a delicious flavor, and it is delicious without any cloying taste!
