Kitanohomare K30 Konjun is a junmai sake from Godo Shusei brewed at a factory in Asahikawa, Hokkaido.
The amount of koji used in the brewing process is 1.5 times larger than usual, resulting in a rich, full aroma and flavor that spreads in the mouth.
It is a delicious sake that will not be defeated by strong-flavored dishes such as Chinese food.

Purchased at a liquor store in Nakazaki-cho after an event at Ogimachi Park with Nemuchi
The design looks like something you'd find in a bottle at an izakaya 😅.
Normally I wouldn't pass it up, but I thought it looked unusual and bought it.
It's been a year since it was made, but I don't feel it's aged too long. It is light, refreshing and easy to drink.

I'm already a Fushimi-shibari.
I often drink Eikun's Ancient Capital Sennen 😆 I especially like this Jungin.
I especially like this Jungin because it is easy to drink 😆.

Might be too sweet.

It's so sharp that we drink too much of it!
The sake makes us both talkative!

This is the third Yumezumi after a long absence.
It has a mild but youthful, unpasteurized sake flavor.
The taste is simple but delicious, with a concentrated rice flavor, good acidity, and a softness that you later realize it is 18°.
I felt like I was being taught anew how to appreciate sake.
Empty the bottle as cold sake.

Tomorrow is GW, I'll have a glass there (*^^*).
Dry and robust aroma. Refreshing taste.
It goes well with simmered sardines, so it's good for ‼️.(*^^*)

Nigori, effervescent. Slightly sweet and firm taste. Weak acidity, bitterness on the tongue. I rather like it.
The label on the back of the bottle says it is supposed to be heated to O, but I warmed it up. It was cold. It is very easy to drink, but it is not impressive. Certainly O.
Purchased at a sake brewery. Limited edition at the brewery shop.
A magnificent house. The shop is spacious and sells not only sake, but other goods as well. There is also a cafe and event space. The museum is open to the public, and you can see the old tools, sake containers, signboards, and so on. The name of the shop is said to mean "chief (osa) of a well. I had never heard of it before.
Picture 4 is a back fatty pork bone ramen with Kurosawa Sake Kasu (sake lees). It tasted like a big fight between the aroma of sake and pork bone. The collaboration between a ramen shop and a sake brewery in Saku is now being held - 2/12.
Yukikomachi was recommended to me as the last bottle at the liquor store I usually go to. It was my first time drinking it.
It has a strong taste of rice, and is a very rich and robust sake.
It has a strong umami flavor and is very robust. It is easy to drink, although there is a bit of spiciness in the aftertaste.
Fukushima sake is delicious 😋.

It is a junmai daiginjo, but it is quite refreshingly dry.
I like it dry, so it is delicious, but I am having sukiyaki today, so it may not go well with that.
Subtle aroma of rice
The taste is honest, with an acidity and sharpness that spreads in a penetrating manner.
Not for those who like fruity types, but it seems to go well with all kinds of food!
Enjoy it slowly in the middle of a meal 🍶.

I was drinking so much in a row that my memory is a little fuzzy.
However, all the Toyama sake was delicious, so I am sure this one was too.
It is a reasonably priced fine sake with a subtly fruity, clean and carefully crafted ginjo-shu feel in its own way.
Lunch at Omiya (=lunchtime sake)
I thought about going to Izumiya, a long-established restaurant with a Showa-era atmosphere, but I decided to try something new today. I thought about going to Izumiya, a long-established izumiya with a Showa-style atmosphere, but I decided to try something new today.
First, a draft beer (Kirin Ichiban Shibori).
We had chilled tofu and five omakase skewers to go with our snacks.
There is no special sake on tap, but...,
Sashi-Ogi Koyama Honke's Kinmon Sekai Taka Ginjo 50, which is widely distributed in supermarkets and convenience stores in Saitama City.
It is also a limited edition sake for Saitama Prefecture, and I personally posted it for the upcoming Saitama Prefecture Sake 200 check-in.
Japanese>English
Sake familiar to supermarkets and convenience stores in Saitama City.
It has a slightly amber color and a slight sweetness. It is smooth, refreshing, and easy to drink.
The price is reasonable for a junmai ginjo, so it is perfect for casual, everyday drinking.

Purchased at Muramatsu Sake Sho, Shinbashi
It's raw, but it has an aged aroma: ❗️
It was made in 23.11, but was it aged in the store?
Complex flavor like mirin (sweet sake) ^ ^.
It's like a wine, but very unique w/o being a wine.
Very interesting🤣.
