We managed to get it this year💦. Popular Winter Sake Snowman⛄️ Looks really good from the outside 🤤. The supernatant is dry and refreshingly delicious. When mixed with the lees, it adds silky sweetness and a full, unique taste that's hard to resist😇. It rarely snows in Nara, but I'd love to try this sake and savor the snow 🤭.

Happy New Year! After making Zoni, I finally had my first drink. I started the year with Kaneizumi, which I received from a friend the day before yesterday. The aroma is good, but the taste is sweet and fruity at first, followed by a refreshing acidity that lingers in the mouth, and finally the taste of rice lingers. The sweet and fruity taste fills the mouth at first. According to my friend, he has been drinking Kaneizumi since the old days when it was made by Horimoto Shuzo. and then it was taken over by Aihara Shuzo of Amego no Tsuki with the toji-san. It is said to be very polished, but the specs are not disclosed in case you are interested! 1500 yen is cheap for a pure large class👍.
