Alcohol content: 15 Rice used:Undisclosed Rice polishing ratio:60 It is distributed exclusively by a special distributor. The label design looked like Kuroryu, so when I first saw it, I thought it was a new series of Kuroryu. The color is slightly yellowish. The aroma was subdued and not very noticeable. The taste is refreshing with a predominance of umami and bitterness in the aftertaste. There is not much sweetness, and a little bit of sourness. In general, it was a dry food sake.

Hekiryu Dry Junmai Sake The aroma is soft and fluffy, but the taste is sharp and sharp, but it does not go down the throat harshly. It finishes like water, which is a strange feeling. It has the depth of a Junmai sake, but leaves the palate refreshed.

I wanted to try this sake because I think the most famous sake in Hiroshima is Amego no Tsuki. I looked it up and found that it was described as fruity, so I went with this one. I couldn't really taste the fruity flavor, it tasted like "sake" to me, so I couldn't really drink it💦. It seems to be low in alcohol, but it has a robust flavor.

It is more beautiful on the thirteenth night of the month, when the moon is a little less than full. Ginjo aroma is not strong, but beautiful and fragrant. Banana type + grapefruit, etc.? It has the lightness of a low-alcohol sake, but without the thinness of a line. There is a change in sweetness and umami due to the ori, and I feel it has more power than hi-ire. I thought the fragrant ginjo aroma and the crispness of the mouthfeel were very much like Tsuki after rain. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Purchased at Sake Sho Yamada.

At a store that sells naturally grown food, I found a slightly unusual colored sake and picked it up. The bottle was opened with caution, but I opened it without incident😅. It was quite sweet and sour, low in alcohol and easy to drink. I think it's more like plum wine or apricot wine than sake.

Daigo no Shizuku" is a sake made by reproducing the "Bodaimoto" brewing method that originated at Bodai-san Shorakuji Temple in Nara and was developed during the Kamakura (1185-1333) and Muromachi (1333-1568) periods. It is brewed using water called "Soyashi," which naturally contains natural lactic acid from the air and wild yeast (or "kurazakutei yeast" in sake breweries). This is the very prototype of "Namaoto," or the starting point of sake brewing. To ensure that the sake is tasted as it is made, we do not split water or filter it at all, and each batch is bottled separately. Since sake is brewed throughout the year, the alcohol content, sweetness, acidity, and other flavors vary with each season and each batch.

From Terada Honke, a low-polishing, Bodaihashi yeast brewed sake. The aroma is sweet and sour with a hint of yogurt. The juiciness that does not disappoint swells up with a crisp feeling, and a deep cacao-like flavor wafts softly through the air. A slight bitterness and the delicious taste of rice rise in the aftertaste. This is also a good sake.

Showa songs were playing, and the senior members of the audience were drunkenly talking about what an erotic voice sounds like, but I was smiling as I drank my sake. It is hard. It was the first time I had used it, but it was a strong sake. It is not an old taste, but it is not to everyone's taste. In my opinion, an erotic voice is something that doesn't give you a sense of comfort, and I think it has a sharp image. I like the label. Except for the difficulty of taking pictures. I wish I could take better pictures. It is easy to drink. I thought I might get drunk if I am used to drinking, but I wanted to have another glass.

At the Dawn of the Young. In my opinion, this is my favorite sake among those we drank this time. It has a strong umami flavor. I had the gold label one last time at the restaurant, but this one is much richer and tastier. Oh, it's so delicious handsome!

Sake (1) that we drank at Sushi Sakai Two bottles of 🍶 we drank at Sushi Sakai. This is delicious! 🥰🥰🥰🥰. I felt the same way when I drank Morishima sake before, but I have the impression that the flavor expands in layers as you drink it 🤔 Sake just keeps getting better and better!

Fukuoka! They have sake from Kumamoto! I'll have to order some. This is my second time checking in to Kumamoto, so I'm a little happy. The Classic. The direction of this drink is quite different from yesterday's Hibyotsuru. It doesn't interfere with the meal.

At a bar in Shimbashi. By Kochi, you mean Shintaro Nakaoka. Junmai sake, but with a melon-like ginjo aroma. It is light and sweet, but has a slightly bitter taste. It also has a junmai sake character. Shintaro Nakaoka is known as a handsome man, and this sake has that image.

Next is Togakushi. The taste is just like Matsuo. This one is Yamae-Nishiki, but I didn't notice much difference in the sake rice. (Stupid tongue). The sweetness and umami of the rice is nice and refreshing. The slight acidity gives it a refreshing taste. The raw sake has a strong sweetness and umami. It is delicious. Personally, I prefer this to Matsuo's Hi-iri. It seems that Ikebukuro is going to start applying for sake fairs.

Togakushi ✨, my long-cherished dream. Another liquor store we visited during the Mahjong Club's Tokyo training camp was Kakinuma Sake Shop! I've been a customer of theirs online, but this is my first visit ✨. I thought it was a pretty big store, but it seemed quite small, probably due to the large number of people! There were so many customers in front of the showcase that it was hard to move 💦. Then I found my first Togakushi 😊. The label says it's a little dry, It has a very fruity and sweet aroma 🍈🍈🍈🍈🍈🍈. The taste is also fruity, sweet and delicious, with a light bitterness and sharpness✨. This is just too good 😋. This was one to drink!

Sake rice is Yamae-Nishiki from Nagano, Japan. Koji rice is 35% and Kake rice is 58% polished rice. The alcohol content is 15.5%. The aroma is like a sweet ginjo aroma of muscat Muscat. The taste is sweet and umami, not too sour and mellow. It is mellow and not too acidic. The sweetness is not too strong, so it has a nice sharpness.

Amber colored sake 🍶. This sake had a strong (heavy) flavor. It also has a sweetness, but the bitter taste comes in the aftertaste. I think it's delicious, but if you like refreshing sake, it might not be for you.
