This is my second time to Tsuneyama 🥰I didn't post last time because I was out drinking but I remember it was delicious 🤔.
When I opened the bottle, it smelled like banana🍌🤔 Gas is only slightly felt on the tip of the tongue, soft mouthfeel. It has a beautiful fresh flavor and the acidity is light and refreshing. It is dry but beautiful and easy to drink, good as a food sake, but also good on its own.
On the second day, the aroma became more pronounced and it tasted like green apples. It is a very good balance of sweetness and spiciness.
Well, my daughter told me to stop drinking alcohol from tomorrow🤣I'm going to stop drinking for 3 days for now🤣I enjoyed it today so I'll hold off for a while😅.

The tongue roughness is strong.
It goes well with yuzu chicken hot pot and fried gizzard with consommé of shiso leaves.

It was my first time to participate in a hanpukai, and since it is recommended by a professional, all the sakes are delicious, and it's nice to meet new sakes!
This sake has a refreshing apple-like? It has a refreshing apple-like aroma, and the mouthfeel is soft and clear with just the right amount of minerality.
In the mouth, there is a refreshing acidity, followed by a soft umami taste coming from the back 😳.
The rest of the wine goes down smoothly and cleanly, so it seems like you'll be drinking one cup after another ✨.
I've tried it cold and heated, but personally I think I like it at room temperature after it comes back to temperature so I can enjoy the umami more 😳.

Dry and clean acidity
A different impression from the Tsuneyama I had the other day.
It is a delicious sake with a crisp and clean taste that is typical of Gohyakumangoku!
Rice: Gohyakumangoku
Cultivation area: Okue district, Fukui Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio: Koji 50%/Kake 65
ALC 15% alcohol by volume
I like a variety of sake from Fukui. Kuroryu tends to stand out, but I personally prefer Hayaseura and this Tsuneyama. Let's go for the standard one this time!
A mild sweet aroma and a freshness pass through the nostrils. The mouthfeel is very sharp and slightly hard. This sharpness is addictive. Although it is supposed to be sharp, when you put it in your mouth, you feel a sense of calmness, and the soft and gentle flavor of the rice soaks into your taste buds. Then, a slight astringency flows through everything, leaving a sharpness. It is beautifully dry, and impresses as a bridge between classic and modern. Fukui is delicious and interesting. Personally, I'd like to try a hiyaoroshi of Tsuneyama if there is one. Thank you again for the food tonight!
