I believe it was a collaboration sake with a liquor store (Benoya, Mie Prefecture) that I always buy from when I visit the area.
It's brewed by Hayakawa Shuzo of Tamitsu.
How could it not be delicious?
It was a delicious sake with lots of flavor.
Limited edition sake bought at the brewery
The recommended way to drink it is on the rocks, so it has a strong flavor when served cold. And it is sweet.
It is not as strong or sweet when served over ice.
The bottle was easy to drink and was quickly consumed.
It has a clear, sweet taste and aroma like a daiginjo, and it is easy to drink, so it was finished in an instant.
Hi wilder, nice to meet you.
Summer boulleu is delicious ✨
I also remember the first time I had it last year and it was very tasty ⤴️
Carpaccio with the fish you caught sounds delicious too 😊.
It's great that you can handle fish 😲.
The liquor store where I bought it said that they had launched a new dry series and that some people were repeat buyers.
It was dry at first, but the aftertaste was sweet from the rice, which I felt was expressed as a sake brewery that originally made sweet sake.
I was convinced that I was a repeat buyer.
The first bottle was delicious and gone in an instant and I didn't have enough to drink so I went for a second bottle 😁.
Compared to the first bottle, the aroma is stronger at the moment of drinking, but the aftertaste is short and it seems to go away quickly.
Sake Umeshu (plum wine)
Not too sweet, just right for the second half of the evening.
The liquor store where I bought it told me that they use good quality plums from Fukui Prefecture.
