Bong! The bottle is ready to be opened! I finally found a bottle of Tsunezan Tobi Nama Sake! I was looking forward to it since Tobi is my favorite (very dry) sake 😊.
The punchiness derived from the overwhelming sharpness of Tobi is still there! The sake level is supposed to be very high, but strangely enough, it also has a sweet and umami taste! The nama-zake-like quality is best expressed in the strength of the carbonation. It is a dry jungin, but it satisfies the luxurious desire for a fruity taste!
It can be enjoyed with food, but thanks to its complex body, it is also an excellent sake that can be enjoyed on its own. If you like Tsuneyama, you should definitely try it!
Tsuneyama at the store! Sake to be released in Risshun
It has a strong "schwarziness" feeling! It is peachy and greef-like. It's about a medium saké. A sake that can be drunk in large gulps!
I'd love to enjoy it at home sometime! But there are too many sake (Tsuneyama alone has several) that I'd like to try these days!
Tsuneyama is very good at using Sakahomare, isn't it? I wonder if they will include Sakahomare in their main lineup as their production volume increases?
The place where I am drinking today is easy to use for small parties, and also easy to use for a one-person drinking party! There are 11 kinds of regular drinks including Koryu Junginya and Dawn, and about 3 seasonal products. There is no snack if you are just one person, and it is located next to Fukui Station, so it is easy to use!
My wife was recommended this bottle at a liquor store.
It is an assemblage of Miyamanishiki, Yamadanishiki, and Sakahomare sake.
It has a pear- and peach-like aroma with a hint of gas.
The fruity yet refreshing sweetness and umami of the rice are felt, with some acidity and astringency at the end.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby.
It was our first drink too and it was delicious. If your first drink is positive, I'm sure you'll be interested in many other drinks as well.
Here comes the last player of Nigorinpikku 👏 I still bought too much at the end of the year even though I can't drink a lot lol.
The sake was well chilled in the sake cellar, but when I opened the bottle, it started stirring automatically ▶️ and soon it looked like a beautiful snowy landscape ❄️.
Sparkling nigori sake is still good 😋.
It tasted gassy and fresh melon 🍈 Sweetness was subdued but came out on the second day.
That's the end of the nigorinpikku😁.
I'm sure someone will scold me for saying everyone is different and everyone is good, but I'll leave this as a reminder for myself 📝.
I guess the first drink leaves a stronger impression and is more advantageous 😅Each one had its own personality and was delicious.

Hi, studying 🐦.
Thanks for the Nigorinpic😊You drank a lot! Thanks for the reference to rank your preferences 🙏I hope to drink the Winter Session next year 😊.
Good evening, studying 😃.
Everyone is different and everyone is good 🤗 but it's ok to rank them 😉.
There are quite a few I haven't had 😙 that are helpful.
Good evening, Ponchan 🌃I would like to limit it to 3 or 4 bottles next year. I learned that nigori sake gets boring if it continues 📚 Winter Session has become a bottle I want to encounter again next year!
Jay & Nobby, good evening 🌃Thank you. I'm glad you didn't get mad 😁 Don't refer to it too much because the taste and impression can change depending on the occasion and the condition of your body at that time lol.
Last sake before Yokohama live at Sushi Restaurant Kagura.
First time to drink Fukui sake!
I have always been curious about this brand. I can't tell anyone that I've always read it as "Tsuneyama" despite the fact that it's a very popular brand.
Since the beginning of this year, I have had a certain frustration.
I haven't drank any sake brewed with Ihyakumangoku at all...!
And then I met Kimi. Jozan-kun.
Even before drinking it, my expectations were high.
The aroma is subdued. Gorgeous and fruity top aroma like a ginjo-shu. It is similar to muscat.
In the mouth, the pungent taste of alcohol passes quickly and gives a strong sense of sharpness.
Although there is only a small amount of alcohol left in the bottle, it still has a chirichiri-ness to it, which accelerates the sharpness.
The subtle and refreshing umami of Gohyakumangoku can also be felt.
This is what I wanted to drink!
I wanted to drink this as my first drink. (I wanted to have this as my first drink.)
It was completely the best act of the day.
Good evening, FSB 😃.
I know you read "Tsuneyama" 😅I had a Tsuneyama a while ago and it was really good 😋 We like dry sake! I'd like to try Kochira Tsuneyama too 🤗.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
Thanks for your comment!
It's hard to read "jouzan" at first sight (lol).
If you like dry taste, it's worth a try!
I'll check out the other Jouzan-kuns too!
Well, I don't know where to go with this...
The waiter says, "The bottle is a flat rate of 3,400 yen!" Wai "Yes! Do you have any liquor at almost cost price? Waitress "😂" Store is not listed? I don't know....
So this is the new MOROHAKU-chan that we unexpectedly encountered.
Opened the bottle! It makes a nice sound...
Shinmorohaku is a new product from 2025, and it is a nice assemblage!
Well, Mr. Tsuneyama, isn't this a very well-targeted taste? Blended and assembled from several rice varieties, this is definitely a sake that will appeal to everyone, but it's also very ...... calm, and I feel that it's delicious, in a Kuroryu way. I feel the "I'm good, aren't I?" feeling, in the Koryu style. Chilled - chilled, no doubt.
The man I drank it with will be hooked on the Tsuneyama swamp from now on. Here's to the dawn of a new 2024BY!
