It's soooo clear and yet
Fruity and delicious 🤤.
I was curious about it because Dr. Jay & Nobby also said
I was curious about this one since you said "woohoo yummy😋" ❣️
I'm hooked on this one 😊.
This is the first time to try Tsuneyama. It is an assemblage of Miyamanishiki, Yamadanishiki, and Sakahomare. The aroma is subdued and the taste does not have a strong impact, but it is very well balanced, fresh, but not tense, and calm. It was delicious.

Dry. It has a refreshing taste and you can feel the sizzle like a carbonated drink. You can drink as much as you want. No aftertaste. The sharpness is sharp.
It has a discreet but firm fruity aroma. When you drink it, it has a rich, dark, sweet taste, and the alcohol taste is quickly released from your nose. It is not too spicy, but sweetness comes first 🤔If you drink it with a glass cup, you can feel the spiciness and dryness 👍Wine glass and tin is not good 🙁 I didn't know that the sake cup can change so much 😳Horse mackerel and fried squid, Iburi Gako, Edamame 🫛◎If you drink it with other dishes, you can feel the dryness and the sharpness 😇😇It is very good to drink it with any other dishes. It's tangy and dry and has a nice sharpness😇😇It seems to go well with all kinds of Ate. It is more than a stand-alone sake. It is a good food wine 😋The second day, the sweetness will increase.
The aroma is soft and fruity.
The moment you take a sip, it tingles and is pungent.
It may be rummy or banana-like.
Good balance of sweetness, bitterness, and acidity.
All of the flavors are well balanced.
It is refreshingly deliciously spicy.
A good food wine.
Taste rating: 3.5/5
It has a strong mineral taste and is dry, but it is light and pleasant to drink from start to finish.
However, the sweetness of the rice can also be felt well.
You can enjoy the beautiful quality of the sake even if it is heated up.

polished good taste
Slight aroma, smooth attack. The taste is bright and delicious. It goes in smoothly and has a good sharpness.
Polished 50% umakuchi.
It adds color to the flavor of the accompanying Seiko crab 🤣.
