Tonight, I'm still in X'mas mode + I'm dropping my first series 💁. Tsuneyama Sparkling Nigori Sake 2023BY ✨🫧. I'm on a nigori road, but I'm not able to keep up with it because I want to buy more and more one after another 😅 So, let's drink it right away. This sake is also made from 100% Gohyakumangoku. The bottle was opened safely, but the gas came up and the lees were like a cloud. ☁️ Automatic stirring is complete 🫡. The aroma is clean with a nice lactic acidity and the taste is very dry with bitterness and alcohol as the main ingredients 😋😋😋😋 This sake is even drier than Hirotogawa Nigori, so it is suitable for those who prefer dry sake and can be served as a food wine 🍶.

I heard that a liquor store in Saitama has so few bottles of hanpukai sake that the owner doesn't drink any. I thought to myself, "That's a lie, right? As the guide says, it is a juicy attac, but it is sharply cut. It is delicious. Shoyuki was good, but Tsuneyama is also good. I like the local liquor store's hanpukai because they don't charge for shipping. This month is the last one, so I'm sad to see it go, but I'm looking forward to it.

At first, there is a fresh pear aroma 🥰 I always like this aroma in the Tsuneyama I've been drinking lately ♡ (maybe it smells like Niagara grapes?). When you put it in your mouth, sweetness and mild sourness come alternately. Sweetness of cucumber, pleasant acidity, and a clean aftertaste! Perfect for summer! Sayawaka! SAYAWAKA! Rice used: 100% Gohyakumangoku grown in Fukui Prefecture Rice Polishing Ratio : 50% (Koji rice), 60% (Kake rice) Alcoholic Beverage : 15
