Although it was listed on the menu as super dry, the sake was not that dry and was easy to drink. We enjoyed it with sashimi.

I quite like this sake. Round and slight complexity. Aromatic in fruity style yet elegantly you could spot the cream and yogurt that blend great inside. Fresh and easy to drink with medium after taste.
