This bottle is a fast brewing sake, so I got it from my mother's family. We take our time to taste this rare doburoku, which is never available in Aichi Prefecture☺️.
Aroma with strong acidity
The poured surface becomes matte without gloss, which is strange.
When I drank it, it was strawberry! Amazing! What is this?
Contrary to its appearance, it is a highly carbonated and smooth drink!
It was so addictive.
I want to drink it again!
6/10
It is said to be the world's first doburoku brewed with rice bran from rice grown without pesticides or fertilizers.
I had never had doburoku before, but the taste was different from what I had imagined.
First of all, it had a strong sourness, which is typical of mizu-hashiroshi, which was surprising.
Of course, the sweetness was also strong, and there was a refreshing yogurt-like flavor.
It was not at all unpleasant, but rather addictive.
There are doburoku made by private brewers around my house, so I thought I would try it from now on.
A compilation of records from a while ago.
Doburoku, which I saw, tasted, and felt alive.
When I paired it with the rumored blue cheese ham cutlet, I understood the meaning of doburoku as a substitute for sauce.

The taste is refreshing and goes down smoothly.

Comment] The taste is a little thin, but you can drink more and more. Delicious.

Technically, doburoku is not sake, but I've been dying to try it for a while now! Tono is my mother's hometown, so I asked my uncle to buy some for me. Doburoku tends to have the sweetness of unrefined sake (which I like), but the acidity like the top layer of yogurt and the sweetness of the sake are well balanced and delicious!
I recommend it as one of the supreme doburoku.
Pitchy ̊̈‧͙Schwarz ̊̈‧͙̊̈‧͙͙̊̈‧͙͙.
The sound is heard all the time ( ⊙_⊙) crackling.
Sour (≧∽≦)supper.
More sourness & mushy sludge than I imagined 😳
Pulsed sweet in𖠚໊𓌈
Still sour but with added sweetness 🎶.
The liquor store owner 👴 told me to be careful when opening the bottle ❗️.
I opened the bottle as he said
But it's not stopping.
I️can't stop ‼️.
I held it with a tissue and my finger for 10 minutes.
It's calmed down ε-(``)ホッと.
Left it alone for 10 minutes
I think it's time to go...?
When I loosened the cap, it wiped again.
I closed it in a hurry and left it for 10 minutes again.
Repeatedly 3 times😅😅
It was a very energetic Doburoku!
I'm so glad I did it.
I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
I took a note of it and reviewed it as it was 💦 because I didn't have enough time to remember the taste.
I clearly remember it was sour 😁.

Cider split ('∇^d) Nice☆!
I only had soda water with no sugar in it💦.
I put sugar in it and drank it and it was delicious🎶.
Calpis also looks good ☺️.
Good morning, Eririn 😃 That's a very handmade doburoku 😅It looks like you had a lot of trouble opening the bottle 😅, and you had to pour sugar into it 😅.
Harry Sakeboy, congrats on your decision.
I'm surprised to see you're doing so well 😳
I took a picture to commemorate my first blowout, and I stained the label too.

I was so busy that I didn't even have time to look at the app💦.
I was so busy that I didn't have time to look at the app 💦 and even if I did drink alcohol, I'd fall asleep after one drink😅.
It was more sour than I imagined, so I added some sweetness and it was just right 🥰.
Hello Eirin~(*^^*)
That was a very healthy doburoku...I love the way the acidity and sweetness of doburoku changes depending on when you drink it ♡♡♡♡♡!
Putting in pulse sweet is new! (*´`I love it!)
mamiko.
It took me about an hour to drink it because I was too energetic😅.
I bought some cider to try it out tonight🎶.
Honey 🍯 might be a good idea too 🐝.
It was about 3,000 yen for 500 milliliters. That's expensive! By the way, the strength is 10 percent.
So, if it were me against someone why drink it in summer, I would probably go into it, but when I drink it myself, I feel better...a drinking infusion? The rice feeling and the feeling that you are ingesting fermented food might get you through the summer.
The way to open the bottle is a screw bottle, so I was able to get a yield of about 98 per cent, listening to the sound, opening and closing the bottle, and putting it back in the refrigerator. Visibility is poor because the bottle is thin and dark...
This is good!
The complex acidity of the lactic acid bacteria is mild and good.
It is best to savor it by itself, without the need for any snacks.
You can feel the rice as you sip it.
It is also the first time for me to taste the unusual mizumotozuke (water-based brewing).
I just got off the night shift, so I opened a bottle of a slightly unusual sake.
I think it's still rare to see doburoku.
I think it is still rare to see doburoku 🤔.
The contents are too healthy when opening the bottle, so I carefully vent it so it doesn't overflow 🤣.
I carefully vent it 🤣.
Almost no aroma 🤔
It's very smooth like doburoku 😋.
It has a slight fizziness and is very tangy and nice in the mouth 😆.
Pineapple with a strong sweet and sour taste 🍍.
I don't know if I should call it a pineapple 🍍? 🤔
I can only describe it as a taste 😁.
I thought it might not go well with barbecue.
I thought it would be a bad match because of the barbecue 😮.
I'm not sure if it's the same as the pineapple on steak 🥩 that you see sometimes? 🤣
Good evening, etorannzyu!
I have an impression that doburoku is heavy, but from the taste and its piquancy, it looks delicious even in summer! The label is stylish too💕.
etorannzyu!!!
Pina~🍍 is fine 😉.
I haven't had doburoku for about 20 years 😅.
Back then I was told that doburoku has live bacteria in it.
I remember being told that if I drank too much I would get diarrhea 😆 Are you okay?
I remember that 😆 Are you okay?
etorannzyu, my parents make doburoku and I often drink it.
I mean, this BBQ has meat in the picture 🤣❗️.
I'm not sure if it's just cabbage or something 🤣.
Hello Haruei Chichi 😃
That's exactly what I'm drinking there 😍.
I'm hoping to stay at a guest house one of these days 🤔.
I was drinking it as if it could be an aperitif and it matched surprisingly well 🤣.
Hi Pon 😃
I didn't get the impression it was that heavy 🤔.
I️ think it's hard to find this brewery because there are not many stores that carry it yet, but you should try it.
But it's quite expensive 😅.
Hello Manachie 😃.
It's awesome that your parents' house is a doburoku special zone 😮.
I love the sweet and sour taste 😍.
Because last time they told me there was no meat 🍖 no meat 🥩 so I took a picture of it 😥...
Hello etorannzyu ☀️
I'm a fan of the pina 🍍 na doburoku, it looks delicious ♫ I want to drink it at the BBQ 😋♡ Next time I'll have to take a good picture of the meat, cabbage and onions 🤣.
Toono doburoku.
I would like to visit this guest house even once.
It was like amazake with a few grains of rice left. What is the difference between amazake and muddy sake?
1,500 yen at Imanaya.
I asked for it because I like doburoku😊.
I did the opening ceremony, so ahahaha. LOL.
But the waitress told me it would be full of bubbles, so I'm one smarter lol.
The drinks are good too😊
I was able to purchase it for the first time.
It's pricey, but I guess it has a crisp and sour taste.
The texture, as if you were eating rice, is also addictive.
I would like to try a different type.
