Where did you buy it...? I didn't buy it at the co-op. I don't remember much, and it's not a warehouse I'm used to buying from, so I guess I bought it as a choice, because it looked reasonable and fruity after comparing them.
I must have bought it within a year... memory ......
It tasted exactly as described on the back, so the brewery's linguistic skills are amazing.
It was a 23-year-old sake, but it was fire-aged, so it tasted good without being stale.
This is also a supporter sake. It is very helpful to be able to enjoy freshness for a long time!
