Purchased by mail order at Yamatoya Sake Shop. What's with the lack of any mention of the fact that it was sent back and not delivered on the specified date... It was hard to open the sake, but it was very drinkable with a big chunk of nigori coming down the drain. The trick is to open and close it while watching the liquid level! If it's the screw type, just take your time...!

The first batch of supporter sake has arrived this year! I don't know if it is connected to our business performance because we don't buy any additional sake, but I really appreciate the opportunity to know that they are making sake with this kind of image. I donated blood for the 70th time and received a glass! (And it still looks great!). If only I had a refrigerator with enough power, I would want four bottles of each brand... (Right...?)

Purchased at a co-op. They said it was recommended to be refrigerated, but it arrived at room temperature... The type that pops (not blows up) even when it's in refrigeration. Is it okay to have a crown type when it's such a rambunctious one! Taste is straightforward. Easy to drink without any twists. It's cool to see the full name of the rice producer on it..!

The project to grow rice with biotope rice...the one I was focusing on in January 2023. Is it still going on...? It had a self aging feel to it. Usually tasty.

Where did you buy it...? I didn't buy it at the co-op. I don't remember much, and it's not a warehouse I'm used to buying from, so I guess I bought it as a choice, because it looked reasonable and fruity after comparing them. I must have bought it within a year... memory ...... It tasted exactly as described on the back, so the brewery's linguistic skills are amazing.

It was a 23-year-old sake, but it was fire-aged, so it tasted good without being stale. This is also a supporter sake. It is very helpful to be able to enjoy freshness for a long time!

When refrigerated, it was too salty and voluminous, but at cool room temperature, it was mild and gentle. Is it better to use hiya for matured type?

Purchased at Inishie Sake Shop. I like cats...Rie-san likes cats. The rice is Ise Nishiki. It was refreshing, fruity, and easy to drink.
