I just got off the night shift, so I opened a bottle of a slightly unusual sake.
I think it's still rare to see doburoku.
I think it is still rare to see doburoku 🤔.
The contents are too healthy when opening the bottle, so I carefully vent it so it doesn't overflow 🤣.
I carefully vent it 🤣.
Almost no aroma 🤔
It's very smooth like doburoku 😋.
It has a slight fizziness and is very tangy and nice in the mouth 😆.
Pineapple with a strong sweet and sour taste 🍍.
I don't know if I should call it a pineapple 🍍? 🤔
I can only describe it as a taste 😁.
I thought it might not go well with barbecue.
I thought it would be a bad match because of the barbecue 😮.
I'm not sure if it's the same as the pineapple on steak 🥩 that you see sometimes? 🤣
Good evening, etorannzyu!
I have an impression that doburoku is heavy, but from the taste and its piquancy, it looks delicious even in summer! The label is stylish too💕.
etorannzyu!!!
Pina~🍍 is fine 😉.
I haven't had doburoku for about 20 years 😅.
Back then I was told that doburoku has live bacteria in it.
I remember being told that if I drank too much I would get diarrhea 😆 Are you okay?
I remember that 😆 Are you okay?
etorannzyu, my parents make doburoku and I often drink it.
I mean, this BBQ has meat in the picture 🤣❗️.
I'm not sure if it's just cabbage or something 🤣.
Hello Haruei Chichi 😃
That's exactly what I'm drinking there 😍.
I'm hoping to stay at a guest house one of these days 🤔.
I was drinking it as if it could be an aperitif and it matched surprisingly well 🤣.
Hi Pon 😃
I didn't get the impression it was that heavy 🤔.
I️ think it's hard to find this brewery because there are not many stores that carry it yet, but you should try it.
But it's quite expensive 😅.
Hello Manachie 😃.
It's awesome that your parents' house is a doburoku special zone 😮.
I love the sweet and sour taste 😍.
Because last time they told me there was no meat 🍖 no meat 🥩 so I took a picture of it 😥...
Hello etorannzyu ☀️
I'm a fan of the pina 🍍 na doburoku, it looks delicious ♫ I want to drink it at the BBQ 😋♡ Next time I'll have to take a good picture of the meat, cabbage and onions 🤣.
Toono doburoku.
I would like to visit this guest house even once.
It was like amazake with a few grains of rice left. What is the difference between amazake and muddy sake?
1,500 yen at Imanaya.
I asked for it because I like doburoku😊.
I did the opening ceremony, so ahahaha. LOL.
But the waitress told me it would be full of bubbles, so I'm one smarter lol.
The drinks are good too😊
I was able to purchase it for the first time.
It's pricey, but I guess it has a crisp and sour taste.
The texture, as if you were eating rice, is also addictive.
I would like to try a different type.
There are several alcoholic beverages that have been neglected for almost a year since I bought them, and this is one of them. Let's open the bottle to see what it tastes like!
It's so easy to drink!
Doburoku is generally considered to be a rather difficult liquor to drink because of its strong acidity and various other strong habits. But what is this doburoku! It's not so sweet or sour, just enough to give a gentle taste of the ingredients, and it's easy to drink! For those who like that habit, it may be quite insufficient. However, I like it this much better now. Other doburoku seems to take a little more getting used to.
The rice mash is not that strong and has a mouthfeel similar to muddy sake. If I am wrong, it may even be easier to drink than the more habitual muddy sake... lol.
Combined with the PET bottle container, it felt like Koiwai apple juice. Are my nose and tongue going crazy? I can feel the apple feeling somewhere.
The packaging is probably a parody of the classic movie Leon. I found a funny one on Twitter, so I'll post it here.
I was wondering how fire-roasted doburoku is.
Sweet and sour al feeling.
No gas, so no worries when you open it!
But the impression is heavy because of that.
I think I prefer the mizu-hashiroshi and the nama-hashiro that I drank before...
It is sweet and bitter with strong acidity.
It seems more bitter than the sake I had a while ago.
It has texture, so with sashimi, it's the sushi to drink!
I like it because it is easy to drink.
Didn't blow much lol.
Although I was told by the shop owner that it would be difficult to open the bottle, I opened it quickly.
When I poured it, it seemed to be very smooth. It felt good.
You can clearly see the grains of rice, and it looks like sweet sake on the outside. But when you drink it, it's like a lactic acid-based sake soda.
It has a battery sweetness and a sourness. But it also has a rich flavor.
This is the taste of rice itself. It is wonderful.
The acidity is reminiscent of grapefruit and other citrus fruits.
There is also a cheese-like aroma, but it takes on a completely different expression on the palate, and you can feel the greatness of the power of nature.
It is not a taste like a fruit acid or white wine added intentionally by yeast, but an acid brewed by the power of nature.
This is a wine that is reminiscent of a natural wine, to put it simply.
Ingredients: Rice (Tono No.1 from Tono), Rice malt
Alcohol content: 14 degrees
3.8/5.0
I've been waiting a long time to open a bottle of tono no doburoku!
As far as we can see, the rice still has its original shape, so we finally got a bottle that is more like eating than drinking!
The unique and cute label design is also quite nice!
Right after opening the bottle, even though it's a screw cap, be careful not to spill! Pour it down the drain and open the bottle a little at a time, being careful not to spill!
When you pour it into the sake cup, you can see that it is smooth and slippery...
It's more like eating than drinking.
When you take a quick sip, it's a juicy rice juice!
When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness of the rice spreads in your mouth with the feeling of gas, and it is delicious and worth drinking!
At 2,500 yen for a 500ml bottle, it's a bit pricey, but it's well worth it!
