The color is clear and almost transparent.
The initial aroma is very nice like flowers when the bottle is first opened, but it settles down after a while, and there is an alkali aroma at the back of the bottle.
On the palate, the first impression is of acidity, with a hint of sweetness lurking in the middle.
There is a slight spiciness in the aftertaste, and it has a nice sharpness.
