Drinking at home in the latter half of GW (1) After dropping my son off at the station, I dropped by a liquor store and brought back this bottle! It's Miyamanishiki Chuai 🤗. I'll make love to you Not much of an aroma, I guess. When I took a sip, Nobby felt the sweetness and Jay felt the bitterness 😗 but it felt kind of heavy🤔 so I drank only half and switched to the next bottle to change the taste ❗️ The next day we drank it in a pot and it had a deeper flavor 😊I know exactly what Maru meant when she drank it and said "I wish I could be someone like Chuai"! By the way, the story of the second day in Nikko Kirifuri😊We saw the sun 🌅 at sunrise, refreshed ourselves in the morning bath, and went to the breakfast buffet! I had seafood bowl, mini ramen, curry, and ochazuke to top it all off, and ate so much I felt sick 🤭. After that, we decided to go somewhere else! After that, we went to see the nearby Kirifuri Falls, and then drove 20 minutes to Osasa Ranch. Those of you who live in the city will probably say, "Wow, this view is amazing! We were so excited to see a pony 🫏 lying on its side and not moving that the tourists were saying, "Isn't it dead? Enjoy sightseeing too? Love Tochigi 🥰!

This sake is said to be a collaboration with Mr. Mekada. Aizan! Nigori sake！！！！ I bought it without a second thought because it was a rare combo of the two. It has a mild taste with the sweetness of rice. It was a treat.

It's my first personnel change in 7 years. I'm exhausted every day with a job I don't understand and coworkers I have to take care of because it's so nice to meet them 😣. Geez.... ...I am healed by drinking and my family. Well, I drank Chu-Ai in the middle of March when I didn't know I was going to be transferred. The mouth opening is sweet and slightly bitter with almost no sourness. I wondered if I could finish it. But the next day, the sourness started to appear and it became much easier to drink. At first, I thought, "What the heck..." but then I thought, "Whoa, that's good! I hope to be like that in my new department. Good luck😅

I still haven't raised the drinks I had over the weekend 😅I'm interrupting this post because a major event came first! So everyone, April 1st, the beginning of the new year 🌸 or April Fool's Day 🤥, is Jay's birthday 🤗. It's Tuesday and the party is about to begin! Naturally, Tochigi sake was chosen as the celebratory sake, and Chuaai-san, who hasn't had a drink at home for a long time ‼️ was chosen because its colorful and cute label is perfect for Jay 👶🏻 😆. I'll make love to you! The aroma is fruity 😌 The label makes me think it's passionate. The first sip is delicious 😋It's juicy and sweet, but the bitterness in the second half is pleasant 😙It goes perfectly with the steak and salmon roe rolls we had that day 🤗. I was a little bit worried because the sake shop's introduction listed the sake level as -2 or -3 😅 but even without the advantage of being a Tochigi sake, it was certified as a good sweetness by international J&N standards 👍. So it was an instant kill deal and we only had one more beer 🍺 and a cake 🍰😋. Now that I turned one year older yesterday😁 it will finally be a year of moving from Arakan to Riakan ‼️ I will walk slowly, chewing and drinking! I want to go around Japan and watch MLB games when I get settled 🥹. My dreams are growing Tochigi Ai 🥰!
