はちみつIt was delicious!
It's pretty sweet and a little sour, fruity but with a lot of flavor. Lacks a lingering taste, but I like it.
13/20 はちみつIt's a 50% polished sasasigure and is served as a summer sake.
I'm still not sure what a summer sake is yet, lol.
It has a sourness that I don't encounter very often, but I also sense a lingering bitterness.

It seems to be a local runoff and it's pretty easy to drink, but not my type. It has a nice sharpness. It doesn't interfere with food, but perhaps too thin and doesn't bring out anything when paired with food? That's just my own feeling.

I also use Ginbukiyo, and I quite like the taste.
It's a little sour, fresh, and fruity, but there's no weird carbonation, and I like it even when it's directly pumped!
14/20 はちみつI like this sake brewery, but there are not many in Toyama, so I feel like I can only drink it here.
It is on the dry side, which I like, and has a nice acidity.

The mouthfeel is like a white wine. It is pretty and light with a hint of muscatel and other fruits. Kei5The ginjo aroma is gorgeous. It is a complex and full of flavor.
The owner told us to drink it slowly because the flavor keeps changing. Indeed, the body becomes softer and softer after being served cold.
It has a mysterious presence. uuuFruity. The sweetness spreads to the mouth and is delicious. uuuFruity. Clear and easy to drink. Delicious. uuuSoft and sweet at first. After it goes down the throat, it seems to be dry. ゆーきI don't usually drink a lot of dry stuff, but this was a great pairing for a dish with a lot of flavor! ゆーきIt's clear and easy to drink.
My favorite scent. はちみつIt's quite spicy, but delicious. It was probably the only sake I didn't drink when I went to Shiga, but I figured it's okay because Toyama has it too.
