12/20 At first I was going to give it a higher score, but after a few more drinks I lost a little interest. I don't like this ginjo aroma, but it tastes good. It lingers a bit and isn't bad. Not my favorite, but a nice sake.

I was going to drink Toyama sake, but somehow I ended up in Fukuoka💦. But the owner's choice of sake and heating up the sake was excellent. The body is solid, but the acidity is also strong, so it's not cloying.

A fragrant, sweet-like aroma. Very smooth, syrupy, rich sweetness. The richness of the rice is also very strong. The aroma is very impressive and I like it a lot. It makes me want to eat sweets with strong egg and milk. I was kindly offered a glass of hot sake. The sweetness, richness, and savory aroma are outstanding, and it would be absolutely delicious over vanilla ice cream. It is also delicious on its own.

The aroma is more peachy and fruity, but there is also a delicious rice flavor, and the aftertaste is a great mix of the two! Slightly effervescent. Sweet and sour, creamy, like Calpis soda with a touch of sake and richness? What's the difference between Bodhi yeast and Mizu yeast, after all? After researching and hearing from professionals, I am not sure which is the right answer lol!

This is a blend of sake that has been made and stored in the year of the Snake for over 50 years. It is already brown in color and has a distinctive caramel-like smell! Sweet! Strong habit! I love it! Somehow I had recorded it as metaphysical now... shame on me...

With a sweet ginjo aroma and a dry mouthfeel, this is a dry but easy-to-drink product! The ginjo aroma is banana type? The ginjo aroma is banana-like and smooth. The master kindly allowed us to compare it with "Bakuren" from the same brewery. The ginjo aroma is lessened and the dry taste is simpler.
