At first I was going to give it a higher score, but after a few more drinks I lost a little interest. I don't like this ginjo aroma, but it tastes good. It lingers a bit and isn't bad. Not my favorite, but a nice sake.

I was going to drink Toyama sake, but somehow I ended up in Fukuoka💦.
But the owner's choice of sake and heating up the sake was excellent.
The body is solid, but the acidity is also strong, so it's not cloying.
