Here comes the appearance of Jikin👍!
On the menu
Jikin Tojo Yamadanishiki was on the menu, but there were only a few bottles left, so they opened a bottle of Yoshikawa Yamadanishiki, also from Jikin 😁.
We started with Tojo Yamadanishiki!
The aroma is gorgeous and the balance of umami and bitterness is typical of Jikin 🥰.
Jikin is still good 😍.
