湘南の漢It's the season for heating sake.
I bought the hot water heater I wanted.
The temperature can be freely adjusted and kept warm. It will be very useful this winter.
The first sake we had was Kamikawa Taisetsu, which we heated to the highest possible temperature.
The taste of rice and sweetness is very smooth and round. It has a mild flavor.

I've been drinking a lot of cold sake too, so I thought I'd take the plunge and buy some heated sake if I bought a bottle from the Nonbei Yokocho 💦.

It has a sweetness like calpis, a shriveled feeling, and acidity, and it goes away while feeling like calpis. The bitter taste at the end makes you feel not tired of drinking it. I bought a bottle of the standard Honjozo.
When I drank it, I found it to be slightly sweet with a slight effervescence.

I bought a bottle of Haneya Hiyadoroshi, which I was curious about.
After opening the bottle, it had a gorgeous aroma.
It is fruity with a sour taste.
The aftertaste is slightly bitter.
It is a sake that goes down smoothly without being clingy.
I paired it with yellowtail sashimi on special sale at the supermarket.
It can also be enjoyed on its own. yukkkkuriAcidity on the palate. The palate then finishes with a sweetness like muscat and a freshness like watermelon. Better than I had expected since the oratory. The pear taste? It has the sweetness of a pear, but also the strength of unfiltered raw sake, which strikes my taste buds.
