The first sake of the New Year & 100 check-ins is Tamitsu.
When the bottle is opened, the aroma is discreetly sweet.
When you drink it, it has a fruit-like sweet flavor. There is no sense of gas.
The aftertaste is slightly bitter.
It is well-balanced and easy to drink.
We started the 23rd year with this gorgeous bottle of Tamitsu, which is a good omen.

On New Year's Eve, we were told that we could eat sushi and sashimi.
I tried Hidakami, which is said to go well with fish based on the reviews.
It is said to be super dry, but it has a sweetness and umami of rice.
I was not scared and was fine with it.
It has a gentle flavor and is a perfect accompaniment to a meal.

This is a special junmai of Yamadanishiki that I saw for the first time.
The aroma is sweet and gorgeous when you open the bottle.
In the mouth, it is sweet, juicy, and lightly tangy.
The aftertaste is not just sweet with a nice sharpness.
I like this balance. Delicious.
It is one of the best sake brands I have had this year.

I bought the hot water heater I wanted.
The temperature can be freely adjusted and kept warm. It will be very useful this winter.
The first sake we had was Kamikawa Taisetsu, which we heated to the highest possible temperature.
The taste of rice and sweetness is very smooth and round. It has a mild flavor.
