Luckily, I found my favorite rice wine.
This is a special junmai of Yamadanishiki that I saw for the first time.
The aroma is sweet and gorgeous when you open the bottle.
In the mouth, it is sweet, juicy, and lightly tangy.
The aftertaste is not just sweet with a nice sharpness.
I like this balance. Delicious.
It is one of the best sake brands I have had this year.
I would like to try it again at the end of the year and the beginning of the new year.

It's the season for heating sake.
I bought the hot water heater I wanted.
The temperature can be freely adjusted and kept warm. It will be very useful this winter.
The first sake we had was Kamikawa Taisetsu, which we heated to the highest possible temperature.
The taste of rice and sweetness is very smooth and round. It has a mild flavor.
It is also good lukewarm or at room temperature.

Hi, Ponchan! Thanks for your comment! I'm a mostly cold saké drinker myself, and I'd like to take this opportunity to learn a little about heated saké as well! I like the idea of a "Nobee Yokocho", but the only drawback is that the sake cups tend to float and fall over when the amount of sake is low (lol).

A sake brewery in the big city between Tamachi and Hamamatsucho.
It was introduced in a magazine and I was curious about it.

The taste was sweet with a tangy sensation...but there was quite a bit of sourness that lingered into the aftertaste....
Overall, it has a strong cemedine taste.
Does it depend on the temperature range?
I am a little disappointed that it was not my personal favorite taste when cold.

Calpis soda for adults. Wine-like taste. Aroma of lactic acidity. It has a sweetness like calpis, a shriveled feeling, and acidity, and it goes away while feeling like calpis. The bitter taste at the end makes you feel not tired of drinking it. It might be good with cake. Delicious!

I bought a bottle of the standard Honjozo.
When I drank it, I found it to be slightly sweet with a slight effervescence.

Better than I had expected since the oratory. The pear taste? It has the sweetness of a pear, but also the strength of unfiltered raw sake, which strikes my taste buds. I was satisfied with the taste, which was as good as the top-ranked ones.
