This is a special junmai of Yamadanishiki that I saw for the first time.
The aroma is sweet and gorgeous when you open the bottle.
In the mouth, it is sweet, juicy, and lightly tangy.
The aftertaste is not just sweet with a nice sharpness.
I like this balance. Delicious.
It is one of the best sake brands I have had this year.

I bought the hot water heater I wanted.
The temperature can be freely adjusted and kept warm. It will be very useful this winter.
The first sake we had was Kamikawa Taisetsu, which we heated to the highest possible temperature.

Better than I had expected since the oratory. The pear taste? It has the sweetness of a pear, but also the strength of unfiltered raw sake, which strikes my taste buds.
