It's the season for heating sake. I bought the hot water heater I wanted. The temperature can be freely adjusted and kept warm. It will be very useful this winter. The first sake we had was Kamikawa Taisetsu, which we heated to the highest possible temperature. The taste of rice and sweetness is very smooth and round. It has a mild flavor. It is also good lukewarm or at room temperature.

Hi Shonan no Han 😃. Congratulations ❗️ on getting the Nonbee Yokocho 🎉 Heated sake is good 👍 but recently all the sake for cold sake is in the fridge and I haven't had a chance to get the Nonbee Yokocho 😅.

Mr. Jay & Ms. Nobby Hello! Thank you for your comment! I've been drinking a lot of cold sake too, so I thought I'd take the plunge and buy some heated sake if I bought a bottle from the Nonbei Yokocho 💦. I'll do my best to find good heated sake ❗️

Hi Shonan Han, ☀️ Congratulations on getting a Nobeyokocho 🎉It's great that you get to use it a lot now that it's getting really cold 👍We have a heater too, but it's only for cold sake and my husband is urging me to get one for warming 😅.

Hi, Ponchan! Thanks for your comment! I'm a mostly cold saké drinker myself, and I'd like to take this opportunity to learn a little about heated saké as well! I like the idea of a "Nobee Yokocho", but the only drawback is that the sake cups tend to float and fall over when the amount of sake is low (lol).
