There were two kinds of raw wine, Tetorigawa and Yoshida Kurau, and I was not sure whether to buy both.
I was not sure if I should buy both, but I decided to resist and bought only Tetorigawa.
The bottle was opened with a strong and gorgeous aroma.
It has a fruity, lychee-like flavor with a slight effervescence.
It's not too heavy, and it's easy to drink.
I really like this brand and brewery.
I'm enjoying the change in taste after a few days of aging.

I was curious about Tamagawa and Ice Breaker.
I tried them on the rocks, cold sake, and lukewarm sake, which was recommended for heating.
I tried them all and they were all delicious.
On the rocks, it went right in.
Cold sake has a delicious rice flavor.
The cold sake has a delicious rice flavor, and the heated sake has the same flavor of the cold sake, but goes in gently and smoothly.
It has a modern yet classic flavor that I have never tasted before.
I was surprised that it tastes so good warmed up, given its name.

New Year's Sake (1) - Tamitsu Uranus Bottle
The first sake of the New Year & 100 check-ins is Tamitsu.
When the bottle is opened, the aroma is discreetly sweet.
When you drink it, it has a fruit-like sweet flavor. There is no sense of gas.
The aftertaste is slightly bitter.
It is well-balanced and easy to drink.
We started the 23rd year with this gorgeous bottle of Tamitsu, which is a good omen.
I am determined to get back into the sake swamp for another year.

Year-end Sake (3) - Hidakami
On New Year's Eve, we were told that we could eat sushi and sashimi.
I tried Hidakami, which is said to go well with fish based on the reviews.
It is said to be super dry, but it has a sweetness and umami of rice.
I was not scared and was fine with it.
It has a gentle flavor and is a perfect accompaniment to a meal.
Personally, I prefer it lukewarm to super hot for the best flavor.

Luckily, I found my favorite rice wine.
This is a special junmai of Yamadanishiki that I saw for the first time.
The aroma is sweet and gorgeous when you open the bottle.
In the mouth, it is sweet, juicy, and lightly tangy.
The aftertaste is not just sweet with a nice sharpness.
I like this balance. Delicious.
It is one of the best sake brands I have had this year.
I would like to try it again at the end of the year and the beginning of the new year.
