湘南の漢This is the first Senkou and the first Risshun morning pressing.
The Risshun morning pressing is a regional network sympathy activity that the Japan Meimon Shukokai calls on cooperating breweries across the country to conduct in cooperation with local member sake retailers.
It is said to be an "auspicious sake" that is made by purifying the unpasteurized sake at a local shrine before dawn on the first day of spring, and praying for good health, safety in the home, prosperity in business, and in this year's case, the end of the plague, for everyone involved in the "Risshun morning pressing", including those who make it, those who deliver it, and those who drink it.
