Once again, the one-per-person requirement meant that there was only one bottle left. I was going to skip it this time, but I couldn't do it after all. I bought a bottle of my favorite sake, Tazake. And it was still delicious. The balance of sweetness and sharpness is perfect. I have only had the white label, so I can't wait to try a different one.

Sake brewery moved from Gifu to Hokkaido. When the bottle is opened, it makes a nice sound and has a gorgeous aroma. When you drink it, it has a sweet taste and a slight effervescence. The aftertaste is a little sour and bitter, but it is delicious. It tastes even better when cooled to a crisp. Expect the taste to change after the second day.

I was curious about this sake after seeing a feature in dancyu. All of the sake is made in Ishikawa Prefecture and brewed in Yamahai with the utmost care. When the bottle is opened, it pops and has a slight effervescence. There is no aroma, and the taste is quite refreshing, including the aftertaste. This is delicious. Just the way I like it. The brewer recommended drinking it chilled and in a wine glass, which was true.

We found and purchased Junmai from Sharaku, whose Jungin was the best. Junmai is also delicious. It goes well with sashimi and meat. It is dry with a sharp aftertaste. It is a very good sake as a food sake.

I brought my favorite sake, Yoshida Kurau Ishikawamon, to a sake party for beginners 🤣🤣. This was the most popular with the youngest crowd! 🤣🤣 Label, taste, background 🤣🤣 It's still fire-roasted delicious and unusual 🤣🤣. Really tasty 🤣🤣 This is one I can confidently promote 🤩🤩🤩.

All in all, I'm in favor of heating up the water 🤣🤣. It tastes so good ❕🤣. But I couldn't get that much flavor on the rocks, so I need another shot!!!! 🤩 Next time I'll keep it to about 2 ice cubes: 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Originally. I had originally not planned to bring home (or even thought I would have) a bottle of tasake, a rice wine. Since there was only one bottle per person, I immediately put it in my pocket. It was delicious. I could taste the rice flavor and the sharpness of the sake. It goes in smoothly. I can't describe it well, but it is well-balanced. Above all, it goes well with sashimi. I don't know when I will see it again, so I will drink it carefully.

Polishing ratio 55 For some reason, I bought it because of the label. When you drink it, it tastes fresh and clean. It tastes a little sour, but it's not too bad. It was easy to drink and went well with fish. I later realized it was made by a sake brewer in Tochigi Prefecture. Hououmida, Senkou, and Tochigi Prefecture are to be feared.

Polishing ratio 65 First produced in Kyushu. Aroma is fruity. Great shwash, although I didn't find it that sweet or fruity aftertaste. It has a clean taste and is easy to drink. It was an enjoyable sake.

Sparkling "Yoshida Kurau", this year's guess 🤣. I've had the Tedorigawa Sparkling Dot before and was so impressed I can't wait to try it! 🤣 Chill the bottle to a crisp and open it! 🤣 I'm puking, but I'm not worried about it spilling! 🤣 They naturally entwined the lees! LOL🤣 Clearly sweet, intertwined with acidity and a gusty gasiness 🤣. Delicious!!! 🤣🤣 I paired it with the highly seasoned Miso-Yaki, and it worked in harmony without killing each other! 🤣

I wanted to try the Hououmita. I succeeded in getting this one too. And it seems to be a limited edition. The rice polishing rate was 35%. It had a sweet fruit aroma and taste. Not only is it sweet, but it also has a strong aftertaste that makes it easy to drink. It goes well with both fish and grilled chicken. It also goes well with Western ham and other salty foods.

This is Yoshida Kurau's third bottle of "Hyakumangoku no Shiro" and his first. Ishikawakamon was unbeatably delicious, so my expectations are very high! From the fruity aroma to the gentle mouthfeel, the sense of gas, and the sharpness, it's on par with Ishikawamon! If anything, it is softer than Ishikawamon! If you want to pair it with a meal, this is the one for you. At any rate, I'm sure it's a great one that can be enjoyed easily. The article was published in dancyu, and once again, I was moved to tears when I read it! Yoshida Sake Brewery's approach to the environment, their efforts, their thoughts on terroir, and their commitment to the SDGs make them a brewery that we should really support!

Intense gassiness. Ginjo aroma. Fruity mouthfeel. A dry, sparkling finish. On the second day, the carbonation is gone and the taste of the rice and sweetness are emphasized. If you open the bottle normally, the cork will fly off. It is necessary to use an ice pick to release the gas little by little. The first time I bought it, I opened it normally and it was a disaster, so I bought it again.

This is the first Senkou and the first Risshun morning pressing. The Risshun morning pressing is a regional network sympathy activity that the Japan Meimon Shukokai calls on cooperating breweries across the country to conduct in cooperation with local member sake retailers. It is said to be an "auspicious sake" that is made by purifying the unpasteurized sake at a local shrine before dawn on the first day of spring, and praying for good health, safety in the home, prosperity in business, and in this year's case, the end of the plague, for everyone involved in the "Risshun morning pressing", including those who make it, those who deliver it, and those who drink it. It's a shame that the breweries in Kanagawa Prefecture are no longer participating in this year's event, but with this first Senkou, I'm getting around quickly tonight. It's a medium dry sake with a refreshing aroma and taste, easy to drink and delicious.
