This sake was brewed with malic acid yeast. The aroma was mild, and when you sipped it, you could taste the umami of rice, followed by apple flavor that gently enveloped you. yorkIt is fruity due to the fact that it is a nama-shu, but very refreshing and tasty!
I think it's probably because it's cold sake that I can drink it.
It's not like a super food sake, but it's good to enjoy it in the evening.

Lightly cloudy, but almost colorless. Slight pineapple aroma and taste. Not too sweet, with an alu feel and a bitter taste at the end. It was delicious. ゆたパパI've always been curious about the instrument Masamune. I have been sticking to junmai, but this is my first honjozo. The reviews were good, so I gave it a try.
