tagacyIf it's bubbles, I like to enjoy them even before drinking. It is blissful to watch multiple bands of fine bubbles rising in the air. Well, then, champagne is fine, but I would be happy to enjoy sake as well. But unfortunately, I can't enjoy it as much as I would like to because of the composition of the liquid and whether or not there is any residues in it.

Y+S. The label states the seller: Shigeke Shuzo K.K. Y+S. The label says the brewer: Shigeke Shuzo Co. Where is it? I googled. I guess it is Y of Yokoyama Brewery and S of Sumikawa Brewery. And then, I looked at the street view. Yokoyama Brewery is located in a peaceful landscape. The taste of Yokoyama Goju is somehow just right. It would be even better if we drink it here.

I haven't taken an international flight in two years. According to JAL's website, "Bikuyo Junmai Daiginjyo Mai" and "Sawaya Matsumoto Moribashira Omachi" are available on board. I want to drink them. The description of the Bikuyo says it has "moderate spiciness in the aftertaste". I think this is what I felt when I drank Kamikawa Taisetsu. Fruity sweetness followed by moderate spiciness.
