Winter Nigorinpik 42
Following the comparison of Wakamusume's sake from my hometown in Yamaguchi Prefecture, we had the Winter Otoshiri sake from Omine Sanzukuri, also from Yamaguchi Prefecture 😀.
The Winter Nigorinpik has passed the 40th selection, but we still have more than 20 bottles of Nigorinpik selected sakes in our house 🤣.
I'm going to finish the Nigorinpik once I reach 50 bottles and then move on to the next Nigorinpik in the spring, but I think it's not the right season to have a beautiful Yuki-Onna here in the spring, so I'm opening the bottle today 🤣.
As usual, I compared the top clearings mixed with the top clearings brought to room temperature with the ones left chilled, but I think this Osa tastes best chilled 🤣.
It has a strong carbonation and is very fruity😇.
Kaorin and I wondered what kind of fruit it was 😀.
Melon? Green apple? Gruffre? ... the one that fit best was the muscat feeling 😀.
This is definitely a delicious drink too😇

When I visit the brewery, I buy just one bottle as a commemorative, but even after tasting and comparing, my choice ends up being nigori 🤣.
I don't know how much I like it when they have so much nigori in stock 🤣.
