I think it was drinking Gobashi Five in Sangenjaya about 5 years ago that got me hooked on sake 😀.
I haven't had Gobashi since then.
I rarely drank alcohol at home before, but I never imagined I would be drinking so much sake 5 years later lol.
I'm addicted to the swamp!

Misanishiki is a cross between Yamadanishiki and Miyamanishiki

The label is so cool!
At first, the sweetness and piquancy of the raw sake.
I thought it would be sharp and clean from there, but it was not too sharp, but light and refreshing.
The mouthfeel is not so dry as to make you think it is dry.
It was a food sake that would go well with any menu at the restaurant 😀.
By the way, Kaze no Shokudo's fried horse mackerel is different from other restaurants, crispy and fluffy 🐟, and definitely goes well with Musho!

I usually drink one brand with 5 shaku, but this one I ordered 1 gou and savored it carefully!

Well, this time we drank Blackphoenix and Kangiku for SpecialYell 😀.
I think I've had Blackphoenix before, but I don't have a picture of it, so let's say this is my first time.
The menu at the restaurant described it as muscat-scented and refreshing, but I personally found it to be berry-scented.
(It may get closer to Muscat when the temperature range is cooler or higher.

It was easy to drink even though it was 17% alcohol with a sweet and tangy nigori flavor. こしょうThis is the one I bought at the brewery's online store and brought as a souvenir, but they let me taste a little 😀.
Kotobuki is made in a village next to my own country (Hirotogawa too) and is a delicious sake!
Kame-no-o is also grown in the village and is a terroir product.
The gentle sweetness and delicious rice flavor filled my mouth, and I felt it would go well with anything as a food sake!
Personally, Suzunoi is my first choice👍.

This is my first Shibotan.
I like the retro label.
Although it is a honjozo, it is carefully crafted as if it were an exhibit sake.
It has an apple-like aroma at first, and the aftertaste is refreshing, while still having the alcoholiness of a honjozo.
