The aftertaste is clean, as is typical for an aruzome sake. This is a good sake. As the temperature rises, the sweetness comes out more, which is also good. This type of classic sake also goes well at room temperature. I would like to try heating it up. I would like to enjoy this sake slowly and carefully at home. This sake is a limited edition sake for the Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai, which is organized by Jizakeya Miyajima, a hard-core sake shop that only sells local sake from Nagano Prefecture in Shinshu. The aroma is a hint of lactic acidity. The mouthfeel starts with a hint of lactic acidity, and after the entire bottle is softened, it is gradually followed by a deliciously bitter taste. ＜For mushrooms? Refreshing, gentle, fruity >. This sake was made to go with mushrooms because Shinshu Nakano, where the brewery is located, is famous for mushrooms. The aroma is faintly apple. In the mouth, it is mildly fruity and gentle. It has a refreshing apple-like flavor. Sour but gentle. The aftertaste is slightly refreshing. I thought maybe if I raised the temperature, so I wrapped it in my hand. When it was cooled down to about 15℃, the beautiful impression remained, but the taste became fuller and fuller. It's good with apple fruity and slightly rice-yummy. Both were delicious. I imagined a sake with more umami since it was to be paired with mushrooms. I was surprised to see a mildly fruity sake. If I were to compare it to Ghibli, it would be Laura from "Red Pig. She is one of Fio's four cousins and the second one to walk in.
