＜High-density Sashinari Juicy Sweet Pon
This time it was recommended to me at my usual restaurant. That's for sure.
The aroma is muscat sweet al. Slightly minty and cemedine. Sometimes I don't like the cemedine feeling, but this is a good cemetery feeling that gives a refreshing taste.
When you put it in your mouth, you are suddenly hit with a juicy sweetness! It is the sweetness of the syrup, the three warm sugars, and the apples. It lasts until the end. Plenty of sweet presence. It's not big, but it's a sweet al with density.
Yum!
This time I drank it all up without any accompaniment, but I would like to pair it with some rich cheese.
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, I would compare it to Yoshiko Matsuzaki in "From Up On Poppy Hill. She is the mother of the main character, Umi. However, she is not the mother who came back from studying abroad, but rather the younger Yoshiko who appears in a scene in the movie. In fact, Yoshiko and her father Yuichiro were eloping at the time. It is such a prepared and intense sweetness.
