＜Sweet and tasty, even more so, thicker.
The aroma is richly rice sweet and umami-bowan, and the alcohol taste is so clear that it is hard to believe that it is 15%.
When you put it in your mouth, it is a clear sweet-alcoholic flavor. From there, the sweet-alcoholic flavor comes through strongly. The amino acid content seems to be high, and the taste is very robust. The lingering sweet/alcoholic taste lingers on the palate, but it is not unpleasant.
It is very strong. It is hard to say that it is suitable for beginners because of its strong alcohol content, but I like its rich sweetness and umami.
It was delicious.
If I were to compare it to a Ghibli movie, I would say it is like Grandma Oroku from "Heisei Raccoon War Ponpoko". I wouldn't say she is beautiful, but she has a big kindness and strength that makes her a very attractive and strong woman. Her real name is Oroku, which means "fireball" in Japanese, so she looks scary when she is angry, but she is kind to her friends.
