＜Umami Bong! High-alcoholic funky, bitter and bitter
A very rare and limited product to commemorate the opening of the brewery.
The aroma is of muscat alcohol. The slight tingle of stimulation tickles the nose.
The mouthfeel is smooth with a hint of sweetness and acidity. Oh, it's beautiful.
The moment the sake comes into contact with the air in the mouth, the umami flavor is released! The bitterness is also present! The aftertaste is also umami and bitter. Then, the high alcohol content of 18 degrees Celsius funkily hits you.
It was a unique sake, neither modern nor classic. It's not my favorite direction. But it is delicious.
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be Inugami-Gyobu from "Heisei-Tanuki Gassen Ponpoko". He is an elder raccoon called from Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture. He has lived in Matsuyama since the reign of Emperor Tenchi (668-672), and is an incarnation of a raccoon with 808 household members. In the scene where he first appeared, he was dressed in his funkiest outfit, with triangular hair & triangular sunglasses. But when he is in his normal form, he is the most dashing of all.
