Nice to meet you, Takemasamune from the Nagurayama Sake Brewery in Aizuwakamatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture. As the name of the brewery suggests, this is a reissue of the original brand name of the brewery that brewed "Nagurayama". The name of the brewery was originally Takemasamune Shuzo.
The label is nice and classic. But it is unfiltered raw sake, so it seems that the contents are not made in the traditional way. What kind of sake is it? Let's drink it right away.
The aroma is slightly citrusy and fruity.
The mouthfeel is fresh and slightly acidic. From there, sweetness and alkali gradually come through. It has a good balance. Nothing stands out. I thought it would be more sharp because it is a freshly pressed, unfiltered, raw sake, but it is surprisingly refreshing.
If I were to compare it to Ghibli, it would be like the girl in the striped dress in "The Witch's Delivery Service". She is one of Dragonfly's friends. She's fresh and a little bit sharp. But in the ending, she and Kiki are cheering for Dragonfly's flight.
