Yoshida Sake Brewery is located on the banks of the Tedorigawa River, which flows out of Hakusan. The brand name is also famous for Tedorigawa, but Yoshida Kurau is a new line started under the concept of modern Yamahai, a gentle sake. The label is also fashionable and has a slightly feminine image. I got this bottle on a patrol at Hasegawa Sake Shop. I opened it on a long autumn night and found it to be Night & dance, but it was originally designed for a summer festival. It was delicious with its refreshing acidity and transparency like grapes, and a sense of balance of umami that does not make it seem thin despite its low alcohol content. *The third one is Mt. . Sagami Sake Brewery was the main part of the Hasegawa Sake Shop lineup on this day😊. Among them, I chose Yugioh. The label is very different from the usual moon after rain, light and crystal pretty 🍶. The aroma was slightly fruity with a hint of grapes. When I drank it..., Something gentle 😭 The soft and fluffy grape-like sweetness spreads in the mouth, leaving a lingering taste of understated bitterness and cleanliness at the end. Anyway, it is a sake with a gentle taste! It's delicious!

I had bought it in the summer and left it lying around. I had bought it in the summer and put it completely to sleep 🍉. It's the season for fall sake. But today I've lifted the ban. It is a light and dry sake with a sake strength of +4, which is typical of Kochi sake! Not as dry and crisp as drunken whale but not as dry and crisp as drunken whale, but slightly fruity and refreshing. I served it with a summery and refreshing appetizer 🍴. I've loved the chicken skin with ponzu and kaiware since I had it at a bar. I like it very much since I had it at a bar. I often make it 👩‍🍳

#Funabori# My first retro "Senkori" 😋. Whenever I go on a Shinkansen business trip, I always take a peek at this sake shop on my way home. I bought this sake at Hasegawa Sake Shop for home use. I chose a robust, dry (I thought) sake to suit my family's tastes. <Specs Toichi Junmai Hiyahoroshi Ingredients: Yamadanishiki Rice polishing ratio: 64 Sake degree: +0.2 Acidity: 1.6 Alcohol content: 17%. How to drink today: Cold sake, served in a cup <My Taste The aroma is caramel-like and mature. Mild and refreshing on the palate. The inside is tangy and stimulating. The aftertaste is dry and slightly lingering. →It is a typical autumn sake. It is a food sake that goes well with all autumn foods. Delicious. It was a hit with my family. Autumn Sake: Preference Score: 10/10 Aroma：2.0｜Mouthfeel：2.0｜Medium：2.0｜Final taste：2.0｜Price：2.0 →The standard for autumn sake is decided to be this baby.
