I happened to find out by chance that Kankoubai, a sake I had secretly liked for some time, had won a gold medal, and bought it. It is a sake that I would like to drink deeply, with the royal Yamada-Nishiki aroma and taste. It is not too sweet, and I never get tired of drinking it.

#Funabori# Back from my trip home, and after a long day of driving, it's time for dinner 😋. I bought a bottle of sake at "Hasegawa Sake Shop" before the Bon Festival. Produced by the gluttonous idol "Moe-no Azuki", It was brewed at the Hakurakusei brewery. As the bottle suggests, it has a sweet taste with a slight It has a sweet attack at first, followed by a slight bitterness and spiciness 🤔. I found myself drinking more and more of it 😆😆. I was quiet all day today and ended up drinking from noon in the name of organizing the fridge 😓. I've been wanting to drink Banshu Ikken since I went to Hyogo in June! When I saw the Aizan label, I had no choice but to drink it😍. I bought it at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station on my way back from eating dried ramen at the famous Aomori ramen store Tsugaru Niboshi Hirako-ya's reopening on Tokyo Station's ramen street ✨. It has an aroma of rice and fresh fruity aroma, a gentle mouthfeel, and a slight fizzy gas. It finishes with a light sweet flavor and sharp acidity and bitterness. It has a light but slightly dry impression. It was a refreshing sake👍. I think I will abstain from drinking tomorrow.

I found this sake at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Gransta, Tokyo Station, on my way back to Yokohama. It was my first time to try Niigata and Sado sake! I was told that this sake was even served in JAL's first class for a while. I had a hard time deciding between Jungin and Jun Daigin, but I chose Jun Daigin because I was told that Jungin is dry and Jun Daigin is fruity! Overall, it has a strong refreshing taste! It has a delicate taste with a slight effervescence that spreads in the mouth, followed by a faint sweetness that drifts into the mouth and disappears a little later. It's quite tasty 😋.

Unlike last time, I was sure that I could enjoy the sake in a relaxed environment, but since I was planning to go to a bar after getting off the Shinkansen, I had a light bottle! 🚄 part 1-2 We didn't have any neighbors at Ueno station, so we opened a bottle of Kamo Nishiki next! Actually, I've only had Kamo Nishiki, which I love, and this is my first pure Kamo Nishiki 🔰. It's still a light tone, but I think this one has a more robust flavor⁉🤔. It's delicious 😋. I finished this one by Omiya station, but the one next to it was still empty😅. I regret that I should have stocked up on more 🤣.

Part 1-1 I often take the last Shinkansen back home, but it's only an hour and 20 minutes ride, so I usually don't eat or drink... This day I was too hungry to buy a bento box, so I bought a mini bottle of sake as well 🤭. I started with the Kuroryu first. It's so tiny 🤣. It tastes like Daiginjo-style clear and Swiss-style 😋. Finished quickly before arriving at Ueno station before the neighbors arrived💦. I drank it all because it was an unplanned purchase😅.

This is the first time using "Yamae-Nishiki" sake rice produced in Nagano Prefecture. It is brewed with Association 1801 yeast. When poured into a glass, it has a refreshing muscat aroma, The smooth mouthfeel is followed by a beautiful sweetness and acidity. The latter half of the taste has a nice bitterness and finishes with a sharp finish. It is perfect as a food wine.

#Funabori# I got the deep mountain cherry. It tastes light and fruity 🤔. This sake is said to be a reconstructed sake brewery. A 130 year old sake brewery burned down last December. With the cooperation of 13 sake breweries in Saku, the city office, and sake rice farmers The label tells us that the brewery was commissioned by Kurosawa Sake Brewery. On the label, there is a note from the president of the brewery, and the location of the brewery in Saku City.
