I opened a bottle of "Kaygetsu CEL24" that I bought during my Bon holidays 🧡.
CEL24 is a Kochi Prefecture yeast.
I think of "Kameizumi" when I think of CEL24, does it have that fruity taste? I think of "Kaygetsu" as being more of a dry type.
It has a refreshing sweetness, and it is not dry, but I wonder if it is the alcohol that counteracts the sweetness and sharpens the overall taste.
It is different from the sake I usually drink.
This is good because it is easy to drink, but I wonder if it is better suited as a food drink because of its sharp finish.
It went well with the lemon and salt flavored chicken as a side dish 🧡.

On the second day, the alcohol feeling was gone and it became mildly sweeter and easier to drink🎶.
