This is my first time drinking Kanbokuto.
It has a strong richness and umami of rice, which is typical of nigori sake, with some sweetness.

The best brewer's sake, Shinmasa No.6-S type. I opened a bottle of the one I bought last year from Masaruya's hanpukai.

I received a line from "Masariya" saying that the Kuheiji light nigori I had reserved had arrived, so I went to collect it.

We had a simple oyster nabe and sake.
The first Kuheiji light nigori I have had in a year is delicious.
The aroma is moderate. When you drink it, it is sweet.
But when you turn it around in your mouth, you can feel the acidity, the tangy gasiness, and the umami that is typical of Yamada-Nishiki.

I've never had so many kinds of Sanzen Sakura, but this is the first time for me.

The more I drink it, the less I mind the habit.
On the second day, the sweetness increases and the habit becomes a little less noticeable.

There is almost no aroma.
It has a summery sweetness. A little thin?
The sweetness remains, but it moves to the refreshing type.
It goes well with rock oysters and dachamame (green soybeans).

The mouthfeel is also discreetly acidic and sweet. The taste is soft, round and elegant.
It has the potential of being a wine made by a winery, but it tastes like wine. It went well with meat.
After an hour, it tastes very good, partly because it is more rounded and partly because I was drunk.
Anne is made with Association 1 yeast. I wonder if the Sisu we drank the other day was made with Association No. 6 yeast.
