<Deliciously bitter, rich, moist, and beautiful. This is an al-sozome ginjo from Isojimasan, one of the three major al-sozome sake breweries in Japan. I had just had two more of the big three, Jushi Masamune and Jushi Masamune, the week before this one! What a blessing to be able to drink all three in such a short time! The aroma is a fine delicious alu-howan. The aroma is of fine-quality umami aluhowan, with the deliciousness of rice and a hint of banana. The refreshing alcohol is also pleasant! The mouthfeel is smooth, mildly sweet and fluffy. From there, the sweetness is maintained, while the umami and bitterness are rich and soft. Ahhh, ohhh, ohhh.... It has a very rich flavor, but the aftertaste disappears beautifully and smoothly. The way it disappears is also beautiful! It is a dry sake with a sake strength of +6 to +7, but it doesn't cut off immediately; instead, it seems to disappear before you know it. It's beautiful. If I were to compare it to Ghibli's "From Up On Poppy Hill," it would be Mr. Tachibana. He is the leader of the three in the middle of the picture. He is the one in the middle of the three in the photo. He is a sharp, handsome, hard-looking leader. He has a cool, masculine look to him! Degree of liking: ★★★★ *I will post the full version on my blog, complete with character images, etc. If you like, please search for "korune sake" or visit us from the link in the profile section.
