The aroma is mature sweet and sour caramelized bitterness. Wow, this is very strong! When you put it in your mouth, you will suddenly feel a strong acidity and sweetness. From there, the acidity swells further, while the sweet and delicious bitterness also grows rapidly. The aroma and aftertaste are both full of matured acidity, bitterness, and sweetness.
