Kudokijozu辛口純吟純米吟醸生詰酒
こるね<Pineapple flavor. Kudo is a sweet and savory taste. I didn't know there was such a thing as dry kudoi. The top aroma, candy and pineapple sweetness and acidity. What? This is dry! When you put it in your mouth, there is a hint of acidity. From there, the whole flavor spreads out, and a strong alcohol feeling comes in. And then, it is cut off. The slight pineapple flavor is interesting. But it is definitely dry. There is a hint of sweetness, but I think it is just the aroma that makes it sweet, not the taste. This changed when it was close to room temperature! It starts with a clear acidity, and the umami is also very strong. The sweetness is a little less. And then, "Al Zubba"! This is definitely a dry classic. The difference is interesting. I think it's more in its element at room temperature. However, I personally like it at about 5℃, which is a bit cooler. Well, I guess it's a matter of taste. If I were to compare him to Akio Kazama from "From Up On Poppy Hill" in Ghibli, I would say that he is the father of Shun Kazama. He is Shun Kazama's "father. He is like a classic Showa era father with a dry tongue. Degree of liking: ★★★☆☆☆ The full version of this blog will be posted on the blog, complete with character images.
