The aroma is gentle, with a hint of melon and rice flavor.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the carbonation. Oh, the gasiness is stronger than expected. As expected, there is a label warning against opening the bottle. At first, there is a slight bitterness like carbonation and sweet fruity melon-banana. Refreshingly modern sweet and sour fluffy. Then, the initial bitterness retracts for a moment, but a different bitterness emerges at the end. Interesting!
It's gorgeous. As expected of 1801 yeast. And I enjoy the unique flavor in that gorgeousness. Nutty and woodsy. This gives it a nice depth.

If I had to use a Ghibli analogy, I would say Sandra from "Red Pig". She is Fio's cousin. She is gorgeous and beautiful, but I feel she has a strong sense of self. She is an adult woman.
