Shinshu Kamerei is the second bottle I've had at home ✨.
The aroma is mild, with a hint of chili gas. The nose has a melon juicy sweet flavor, followed by a sourness that gradually fades into an astringency. It has a freshness from being a fresh sake.
On the second day, the juiciness increases. It is astringent but easy to drink and delicious 🥰.
